Abstract
The invention relates to a method of evaluating the state of health and/or of fitness of a person, implementing on the one hand a plurality of sensors of a physiological measurement and on the other hand a plurality of sensors of at least one ambient parameter. According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: - choice of a type of evaluation, by a user, from among at least two available types of evaluation; - predetermined selection of a subset of said sensors, as a function of the type of evaluation chosen; - determination of a set of indicators, each representative of a temporal evolution over a period of several minutes to several days of data measured by one of the sensors of said subset; - determination of a global cue by summing said indicators, after normalization, making it possible to detect an anomaly and/or a gradual drift that may eventually lead to a degradation of the state of health of the person.
