Abstract

La présente invention concerne l’extraction de cerneaux de noix de noix. Le procédé consiste à : de manière répétée, et dans une seule étape fonctionnelle, soumettre une pluralité de noix, comportant des ouvertures dans leurs coques, à des impacts dans une zone d’impact, pour ainsi forcer les cerneaux à travers les ouvertures dans les coques de noix; et séparer les coques de noix des cerneaux de noix.
