Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de support pour la nuque et la tête, destiné à l’utilisateur d’un véhicule pourvu d’un harnais de sécurité disposé au-dessus des épaules de l’utilisateur et d’un casque disposé sur la tête de l’utilisateur, lequel dispositif de support pour la nuque et la tête est équipé d’un collier et d’une pluralité de longes. Le casque est configuré de manière à interagir avec le collier ou l’épaule de l’utilisateur de manière à limiter la rotation de la tête de l’utilisateur. Les mouvements latéraux et les forces associées sur la tête et la colonne vertébrale de l’utilisateur sont réduits par le transfert au corps de l’utilisateur, de forces associées, par le biais de la pluralité de longes, et par l’interaction entre le casque et le collier ou l’épaule de l’utilisateur.
