Abstract

The present invention relates generally to a composition comprising an isolated ground fibrous preparation of an extract of Brassica, Apium and/or lpomoea genera. The invention also relates to a method of producing a composition including the steps of soaking isolated Brassica, Apium and/or lpomoea genera plant material, separating a solid phase from the soaked plant material, and grinding the separated solid phase to thereby produce the composition.
