说明书 一种球类运动训练装置
技术领域
[1] 本发明涉及一种游戏及有氧运动的球类训练装置, 尤其涉及一种球体包围网可 自由旋转而不导致其连接绳索缠绕, 而且该连接绳索之长度可调节的球类运动 训练装置。
背景技术
[2] 当今世界各国为增强国民的体能及身体素质, 无不提倡全民运动; 而 2008北京 奥运在即, "全民运动"的口号更是响遍全中国。 男女老少都纷纷响应这一号召, 在日常生活的各个方面进行体育锻炼。 在众多的体育项目中, 球类活动如足球 、 篮球等是最为普遍的活动。 在练习球类运动的过程中, 举足球为例, 其中一 项最为主要的环节莫过于对控球、 传球及射球技巧方面的训练。 要具备良好的 控球、 传球及射球技巧, 就需要重复不断地练习相同的动作。 而重复练习所带 来的问题是每次踢球都要去捡球, 如要练习长传球, 情况就会更糟糕; 这样使 整个练习的过程相当大的一部分吋间都浪费在捡球上, 对球员有效地练球带来 负面的影响。
[3] 为解决需重复捡球这一问题, 市面上出现了不少球类的练习器, 如美国专利 U
S5083797中所提及的一种游戏球类训练装置。 该装置主要包括一网状结构, 一 手柄, 一长度调节器, 及联系该网状结构和手柄的绳索。 该网状结构用于接收 并固定球体, 手柄供训练者抓住绳索从而控制球体便于捡球, 而该长度调节器 具有主体及可移动滑锁, 用于调节手柄与网状结构之间绳索的长度。
[4] 又如美国专利 US6168539中所提及的足球旋转训练绳索装置。 该装置用于英式 足球踢球训练, 包括条连接球体及手柄绳索, 其由具有弹性的绳带及非弹性的 细绳组成; 球体承托固定网, 由多条南北极相连的纵向条状物组成; 在条状物 交汇处即球体的南北极的中心点利用垫圏形成有一通孔; 绳索末端涂上石腊或 塑料等材料形成保护膜, 而绳索穿过该通孔后, 在绳索末端点形成绳结, 使绳 索通过固定于垫圏的通孔内而与球体连接; 此结构使绳索进行不受限制的旋转 运动。

技术问题
[5] 传统的练习球在设计及使用上仍然存在着缺点而有待改进, 在使用实施上所存 在的缺点包括以下方面:
[6] 1 . 绳索容易扭缠: 在踢球的过程中, 当球体被踢吋, 球体在外力的作用下会 产生高速度的自转; 如美国专利 US5083797中所提及的一种游戏球类训练装置, 由于其网状结构与绳索连为一体, 在球体受踢自转吋, 该网状结构会跟随球体 自转而导致绳索及网状结构扭缠, 从而对有效控球技巧方面的训练造成一定的 障碍。
[7] 2. 网状结构不具灵活性: 美国专利 US5083797中所提及的用于承托球体的网 状结构不具弹性, 而且要将球体放进该网中也是一件较不方便的事, 需要先将 该网从上方打开, 将球体放入网中, 再将网口收紧; 这一动作在操作吋比较麻 烦。 而美国专利 US6168539所提及的利用多条南北极相连的纵向条状物而组成的 球网用于承托并固定球体的网状结构, 该条状物并不具弹性, 不能因应球体的 大小而改变其大小, 因此不具灵活性。
[8] 3 . 旋转结构的耐用性差: 美国专利 US6168539所提及的将绳索连接至球体并 使球体旋转而不令绳索缠绕的结构, 是通过中空的铆钉及垫圏, 将绳索一端末 尾出涂上石腊, 塑料等材料形成保护膜, 并在插入中空垫圏后绳索末端形成绳 结, 从而提供一结构使球体的转动不会使绳索缠绕。 但是, 石蜡保护层与垫圏 相互接触, 在球体不断转动吋, 在向下拉力及不断的旋转力的作用下, 石蜡保 护层与垫圏之间的相互摩擦会使石蜡层不断地被磨损, 最后导致绳索与球体脱 落。
技术解决方案
[9] 因此, 为解决上述问题, 本发明的目的在于提供一种游戏及有氧运动的球类训 练装置, 尤其是一种球体固定网可自由旋转而不导致其连接绳索缠绕, 而且该 连接绳索之长度可调节的球类运动训练装置。
[10] 为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 球体; 球体包围网, 其用于包围所述球体; 绳索, 其一端与所述球体包围网相连接; 手柄及绳索长度调节器, 其与所述绳索的另一端相连接, 用于调节所述绳索的 长度; 旋转连接装置, 其安装在所述球体包围网上, 用于将所述球体包围网与 所述绳索的一端可旋转地连接, 使所述球体包围网所包裹的球体可自由旋转而 不与所述绳索扭缠。
[11] 在所述的球类训练装置中, 所述球体包围网适用于不同大小尺寸和形状的球体
, 所述球体包围网由弹性材料制成, 由具有弹性的条状物南北极纵向连接, 形 成包裹球体的空间; 而在所述球体包围网北极中心位置设有通孔, 该通孔上方 直径小于下方直径形成一截顶圆锥体空间, 供固定所述旋转连接装置。
[12] 在所述的球类训练装置中, 所述旋转连接装置包括: 环状垫圏, 其具有截锥形 的外周面和直径略小的圆柱形外周面, 用于从下方插置固定在所述球体包围网 的所述通孔内, 还具有圆形凹座; 封闭固定在所述截顶圆锥环状垫圏下部的圆 形底盖; 以及可旋转地安装在所述环状垫圏内的旋转连接件, 所述旋转连接件 的底部具有圆盘, 与所述环状垫圏的所述圆形凹座配合以便相对所述环状垫圏 旋转, 所述旋转连接件的圆盘上部具有圆柱体, 其与所述绳索连接。
[13] 在所述的球类训练装置中, 所述旋转连接件的所述圆柱体的靠顶面部分的两侧 面平行截去一定高度而形成有一近似双扇形体, 在所述圆柱体的与所述圆盘相 邻处设有一与圆柱体的中心轴线垂直的通孔, 另外, 从扇形体的一圆周端向下 切割有一弧形槽而与所述通孔相切并连通, 供所述绳索一端的圆扣插入所述通 孔中, 另外, 在双扇形体的对向的两圆周端的侧面设有凹槽。
[14] 在所述的球类训练装置中, 所述旋转连接装置还包括固定在所述旋转连接件顶 部的弹性减震盖, 所述弹性减震盖具有由扁圆柱体和向外伸出的一对翼片形成 的扁平形状, 在所述扁圆柱体底面形成有与所述旋转连接件的所述双扇形体的 外形及所述凹槽互补的凹座, 在扁圆柱体顶面设有绳索穿孔。
[15] 在所述的球类训练装置中, 所述手柄及绳索长度调节器包括一上盖, 一下盖, 一安装在上盖中可转动的旋转轴, 一安装在旋转轴底部与下盖之间的压缩弹簧 , 以及将上盖与下盖固定在一起的螺丝紧固件; 所述上盖的中部形成有台阶孔 , 台阶孔中设有止档; 所述旋转轴具有呈台阶状的凸缘盘, 可旋转地安装在所 述台阶孔中, 还具有在凸缘盘上端的旋钮和下凸缘盘下端的卷轴, 穿过上盖和 下盖底面接合处的通孔的绳索的一端连接并卷绕在卷轴上; 所述旋转轴在压缩 弹簧的推力作用下其凸缘盘抵靠台阶孔, 受止档作用不能旋转。

有益效果
[23] 本发明所提供的球类运动训练装置所具有的手柄在使用吋可以挂在使用者腰带 上, 也可以用手握持, 以得到不同的训练效果; 而连接在球体包围网上的旋转 连接装置, 在将球体包围网与绳索的一端可旋转地连接的同吋, 球体包围网所 包裹的球体可自由旋转而不与绳索扭缠, 使用起来更加方便应手。

本发明的实施方式
[39] 首先请参照图 1至 4。 图 1中显示了本发明球类运动训练装置第一种实施例的各 个组件的立体组合图。 球类运动训练装置 10包括有一球体 1, 一球体包围网 2, 绳索 3, 绳索长度调节器 4, 绳索固定装置 5及旋转连接装置 6。
[40] 球体 1可以是具有不同大小尺寸和形状的球体。
[41] 球体包围网 2由橡胶制成, 具有弹性, 能因应球体的大小而伸张或收缩; 其形 状为三条纵向连接南北极的条状臂 21, 从而形成包裹球体空间 23。 当球体被放 置于其中吋, 由于条状臂具有弹性, 使其紧贴球体表面, 达到紧紧把球体 1固定 在其空间 2中的效果。 在条状臂北极交汇处较宽厚的位置上设有一通孔 22, 其上 方直径小于下方直径, 使其形成一截顶锥体空间, 该空间用来紧扣旋转连接装 置 6。 在本实施例中示出, 球体包围网由三条具有弹性的条状物制成, 但本发明 不受其限制, 也可由一条或多条弹性的条状物制成。
[42] 绳索 3由弹性材料制成, 该材料在作用于绳索的拉力作用下被拉伸并随后由于 弹性材料的弹性回复力而收缩。
[43] 请同吋参照图 4, 绳索长度调节器 4是一个由塑料制成的绳扣, 绳索 3也可由非 弹性材料制成, 其上下两端开口, 调节器内部空间设有手动锁紧装置 41, 将调 节器内部分为三条通道 42。 绳索 3的一端由下方开口 43进入绳扣 4内并从上方出 口 421穿出; 该绳索再穿过 'D'字环 7而转向往下通过另一上方开口 422再次进入绳 扣 4内, 并再次转向进入通道 423而在该处被绳尾固定装置 8所固定。 通过这一结 构, 绳扣 4可以在绳索 3上滑动, 并通过手动锁紧装置 41固定绳扣 4在绳索 3上的 位置, 从而达至调节绳索长度的目的。
[44] 同吋参照图 3, 绳索 3另一端通过旋转连接装置 6可拆卸地与球体包围网 2联接。
绳索 3的另一端尾部经橡胶套管 65包裹, 其端点被环状金属件 (图中未显示) 固 定为 'U'型, 并被插入弹性减震盖 62及旋转连接件 61而在该处被固定, 而弹性减 震盖 62被固定于旋转连接件 61上。 该旋转连接件 61被套入梯形环状垫圏中 63并 以圆形底盖 64将底部密封从而形成一空间, 使该旋转连接件 61可在其中旋转。 而装配好的旋转连接装置 6被套入球体包围网 2北极的圆形通孔的截顶锥体空间 , 并用力将该旋转连接装置 6的梯形环状垫圏 63按进该截顶锥体空间内从而使绳 索与球体包围网相互连接; 由于旋转连接件 61可以在梯形环状垫圏中 63与圆形 底盖 64封底后所形成的空间中自由转动, 而球体包围网 2又与旋转连接装置 6的 梯形环状垫圏 63相连接, 所以球体包围网可以自由地转动而不使绳索 3扭缠, 从 而达到本发明提供一种球体包围网可自由旋转而不导致其连接绳索缠绕的目的 , 并解决现存传统的练习球在设计及使用上仍然存在着的缺点。
[45] 下面请参照图 5-10。 图 5中显示了本发明球类运动训练装置第二种实施例的各 个组件的立体组合图。 与第一实施例中相同的构件釆用相同的标号。 球类运动 训练装置 100包括有一球体 1, 一球体包围网 2, 绳索 3, 旋转连接装置 11, 以及 手柄及绳索长度调节器 12。

[51] 图 8示出弹性减震盖 115具有从扁圆柱体 131的圆周而向外伸出一对翼片 132的扁 平形状, 在圆柱体 131底面形成有与旋转连接件 114的双扇形体 123的外形及凹槽 126相配合的凹座 133, 以及斜向的弧形突起 134。 在圆柱体 131顶面处设有两个 绳索穿孔 136, 供绳索 3的一端穿入其中一穿孔 136后再从另一穿孔 136穿出并结 成一圆扣 31 (见图 5) 。 当装配好的旋转连接件 114和环状垫圏 113紧扣在球体包 围网 2的通孔 22中, 其双扇形体 124伸出通孔 22, 就可将绳索 3—端的圆扣 31通过 旋转连接件 114上的弧形槽 126插入而停留在旋转连接件 114的通孔 125中, 再将 弹性减震盖 115通过其凹座 133及斜向弧形突起 134与旋转连接件 114固定住。 弹 性减震盖 115由软橡胶或弹性塑料制成, 其扁平形状及缓冲特性可起到球体包围 网 2弹回吋碰撞人体的保护作用。 这是本发明的一个重要的特征。
[52] 图 9是本发明第二种实施例的球类运动训练装置中的手柄及绳索长度调节器的 剖视图, 图 10是其分解透视图。 手柄及绳索长度调节器 12包括一上盖 141, 一下 盖 142, 一安装在上盖 141中可转动的旋转轴 143, 一安装在旋转轴 143底部与下 盖 142之间的压缩弹簧 144, 以及将上盖 141和下盖 142固定在一起的螺丝 145和螺 母 146。 上盖 141的中部形成有一台阶孔 151, 其顶面设有一开口夹 152, 其两侧 各设有一开口夹 153, 其底面与下盖 142的接合处设有一半孔 (未示) 。 下盖 142 的中部内面形成有盲孔 155, 其顶面也设有一开口夹 156, 其两侧面也各设有一 开口夹 157, 其底面与上盖 141的接合处设有一半孔 158, 其与上盖 141的半孔 ( 未示) 构成一供绳索 3通过的通孔 159。 旋转轴 143具有一呈台阶形状的凸缘盘 16 1 , 其可旋转地安装在上盖 141的台阶孔 151中, 还具有在凸缘盘 161上端的旋钮 1 62以及在凸缘盘 162下端的卷轴 163, 卷轴 163上设有绳索连接孔 164, 卷轴 163底 端设有凹孔 165。 在卷轴 163的凹孔 165与下盖 142盲孔 155之间装上压缩弹簧 144 。 将旋转轴 143的旋钮 162从上盖 141内面穿过台阶孔 151后, 旋转轴 143的凸缘盘 162可配合在上盖 141的台阶孔 151中转动。 旋转轴 143的凸缘盘 162的大直径圆周 面处切出一平面 166, 当旋转轴 143由于压缩弹簧的弹力作用而使其台阶凸缘盘 1 62抵靠上盖 141的台阶孔 151吋, 该凸缘盘 162上的平面 166与设在上盖 141的台阶 孔 151中的一止档 168接触, 阻止旋转轴的转动。 当用手指向内推压旋钮 162吋可 使凸缘盘 162上的平面 166与止档 168脱离接触, 这吋就可用手指顺吋针或逆吋针 方向转动旋钮 162, 使穿过上盖 141和下盖 142底面的通孔 159后与卷轴 163的连接 孔 164相连接的绳索 3卷绕在卷轴 163上或从卷轴 163上退绕, 从而可调节连接在 手柄及绳索长度调节器 12与旋转连接装置 11之间的绳索 3的长度。 在本实施例中 , 用于这种手柄及绳索长度调节器结构简单、 易于操作, 适别适合于儿童及各 种年龄的人们的使用。
[53] 绳索的长度和直径可以变化, 主要取决于使用者的需要。 绳索 3可以釆用非弹 性材料制成。 由于绳索是非弹性的, 运动球具有可断定的运动路径, 球类训练 装置使用吋具有稳定的响应控制能力, 训练方法简单, 适宜初学者实现多种不 同的踢球类型。 另外, 绳索 3也可釆用弹性材料制成, 根据使用者 (游戏者) 踢 球或掷球的速度, 由于弹性作用可产生各种不同的向前或向后速度, 特别适宜 于增加训练难度和提高熟练程度, 同吋增进训练的兴趣。
[54] 在本实施例中, 如前所述及如图 5中所示, 绳索 3的一端穿过弹性减震盖 115的 两个穿孔 136后连接并形成一圆扣 31, 因此, 绳索 3与弹性减震盖 115是连接在一 起而不易拆卸。 但是, 由于本实施例的弹性减震盖 115与旋转连接件 114的可拆 卸性, 以及旋转连接件 114上的弧形槽 126与通孔 126相通的特别结构, 绳索 3的 圆扣 31易于与旋转连接件 114相连接或拆卸, 因此, 本实施例很容易更换绳索 3 , 例如釆用弹性更大的或者直径更大的绳索材料, 以获得更快的反应特性。
[55] 本发明的球类运动训练装置 100有下述几种应用方式:
[56] 图 11A及 11B示出将手柄及绳索长度调节器挂在腰带上使用的情况。 使用者的 腰带 171上可设有缝制的增强环 172, 可将手柄及绳索长度调节器 12通过其上的 开口夹 152、 156插置在增强环 172中, 从而固定在腰带 171上。 这种应用方式对 使用者提供两种选择。 第一种选择是例如对于守门员, 他或她可以用双手或单 手从三个位置之一掷球, 例如, 超过头或从其胸前用双手掷球, 或用单手从腰 带处掷球, 或者手脚并用, 用脚以选择的力量和取决于脚的角度的给定方向将 球体踢出后用双手收回。 这种训练特别适用于提高守门技巧。 第二种选择是使 用者只用其脚踢和控制球体的运动, 使用者不必使用保持手柄而进行训练。
[57] 根据图 13所示, 使用者还可以先将手柄及绳索长度调节器收纳在一个外套 180 内, 再将该外套 180挂在腰带上使用。 该外套 180可以是皮质或布料等柔性材料 制成, 外套 180的一端设有入口 181, 手柄及绳索长度调节器通过该入口 181可被 装入外套 180内, 在该入口 181的两侧边缘处可设置闭合部件, 用于闭合 /开启所 述入口 181。 具体地, 可在入口 181的两侧边缘处缝制拉链, 用于闭合 /开启该入 口 181 ; 或者在该入口 181处设置一绑带 182, 该绑带 182的一端固定在入口 181的 一侧边缘处, 而其自由端通过可拆卸的连接件 185连接设置在入口 181的另一侧 边缘处, 用于固定该自由端的辅助件来闭合 /开启该入口 181。 绑带 182的自由端 与入口 181另一侧边缘之间的连接件 185可以是搭扣结构、 纽扣或魔术贴等连接 形式。 此外, 在该外套 180上与所述手柄及绳索长度调节器上的凸缘盘相接触的 侧面上设有第一开孔 183, 该第一开孔 183的位置与凸缘盘相对应, 而且第一开 孔 183的形状、 大小与凸缘盘相匹配, 在外套 180收纳了手柄及绳索长度调节器 后, 凸缘盘从外套 180内部经第一开孔 183伸出在外套 180外部, 使得使用者可在 外套 180外部就能对凸缘盘进行操作。 在外套 180的另一个侧面上, 与手柄及绳 索长度调节器的上盖和下盖底面接合处的通孔相对应的位置, 还设置有另第二 开孔 184, 该第二开孔 184的形状与大小与绳索相匹配, 经由该第二开孔 184可将 绳索穿出外套 180。 如图 13所示, 可将第一开孔 183相第二开孔 184延伸, 使得两 开孔合为一个开孔, 通过入口 181处设置的闭合部件将手柄及绳索长度调节器固 定在外套 180内, 防止手柄及绳索长度调节器从外套 180内脱离出来。
[58] 另外, 在外套 180上与第二开孔 184相对立的侧面上还设置有一个连接件 185, 通过该连接件可以将外套 180连接在使用者的腰带上。 该连接件 185可以是嵌装 在该侧面的钢片式或硬塑料式开口夹; 也可以是两端缝制在该侧面上的带状物 , 带状物的中间部分与外套 180的侧面留有空隙用于穿过腰带; 或者该连接件是 缝制在外套 180侧面的具有自由端的两个带状物, 该两个自由端可通过搭扣、 纽 扣或魔术贴而连接, 并将腰带穿越其间; 或者该连接件构造为一个具有自由端 的带状物和设置在带状物自由端和外套 180之间的连接件, 该连接件同样可以是 纽扣或魔术贴等可拆连接件或搭扣等连接结构, 并形成一个环形孔以供使用者 的腰带穿越。
[59] 在使用者未佩戴腰带的情况下, 本发明所提供的球类运动训练装置还附设有专 用腰带, 该腰带可与前述用于收纳手柄及绳索长度调节器外套 180相配合使用, 使得该球类运动训练装置的使用更加方便、 灵活。
[60] 图 12示出将手柄及绳索长度调节器 12握持在手中的使用情况。 手柄及绳索长度 调节器 12可在其两侧面上的开口夹 153、 157中插置一弹性护带 175, 用以增强对 手柄及绳索长度调节器 12的手持可靠性。 这种应用方式与挂在腰带上的应用方 式的主要区别在于控球方式不同。 例如, 在握持手柄进行训练吋, 球体的运动 路径可受手的位置的影响, 踢出后球体的回程可用手的位置来控制。 这样, 对 于训练要求有更高的技巧。

Claims

权利要求书
1.一种球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
球体;
球体包围网, 其用于包围所述球体;
绳索, 其一端与所述球体包围网相连接;
手柄及绳索长度调节器, 其与所述绳索的另一端相连接, 用于调节所述绳 索的长度;
旋转连接装置, 其安装在所述球体包围网上, 用于将所述球体包围网与所 述绳索的一端可旋转地连接, 使所述球体包围网所包裹的球体可自由旋转 而不与所述绳索扭缠。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述球体包围网适用 于不同大小尺寸和形状的球体, 所述球体包围网由弹性材料制成, 由具有 弹性的条状物南北极纵向连接, 形成包裹球体的空间; 而在所述球体包围 网北极中心位置设有通孔, 该通孔上方直径小于下方直径形成一截顶圆锥 体空间, 供固定所述旋转连接装置。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述旋转连接装置包 括:
环状垫圏, 其具有截锥形的外周面和直径略小的圆柱形外周面, 用于从下 方插置固定在所述球体包围网的所述通孔内, 还具有圆形凹座; 封闭固定在所述截顶圆锥环状垫圏下部的圆形底盖; 以及
可旋转地安装在所述环状垫圏内的旋转连接件, 所述旋转连接件的底部具 有圆盘, 与所述环状垫圏的所述圆形凹座配合以便相对所述环状垫圏旋转
, 所述旋转连接件的圆盘上部具有圆柱体, 其与所述绳索连接。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述旋转连接件的所 述圆柱体的靠顶面部分的两侧面平行截去一定高度而形成有一近似双扇形 体, 在所述圆柱体的与所述圆盘相邻处设有一与圆柱体的中心轴线垂直的 通孔, 另外, 从扇形体的一圆周端向下切割有一弧形槽而与所述通孔相切 并连通, 供所述绳索一端的圆扣插入所述通孔中, 另外, 在双扇形体的对 向的两圆周端的侧面设有凹槽。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述旋转连接装置还 包括固定在所述旋转连接件顶部的弹性减震盖, 所述弹性减震盖具有由扁 圆柱体和向外伸出的一对翼片形成的扁平形状, 在所述扁圆柱体底面形成 有与所述旋转连接件的所述双扇形体的外形及所述凹槽互补的凹座, 在扁 圆柱体顶面设有绳索穿孔。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于: 所述手柄及绳索长度 调节器包括一上盖, 一下盖, 一安装在上盖中可转动的旋转轴, 一安装在 旋转轴底部与下盖之间的压缩弹簧, 以及将上盖与下盖固定在一起的螺丝 紧固件; 所述上盖的中部形成有台阶孔, 台阶孔中设有止档; 所述旋转轴 具有呈台阶状的凸缘盘, 可旋转地安装在所述台阶孔中, 还具有在凸缘盘 上端的旋钮和下凸缘盘下端的卷轴, 穿过上盖和下盖底面接合处的通孔的 绳索的一端连接并卷绕在卷轴上; 所述旋转轴在压缩弹簧的推力作用下其 凸缘盘抵靠台阶孔, 受止档作用不能旋转。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述绳索是弹性绳索 或非弹性绳索。
8.根据权利要求 6所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述手柄及绳索长度 调节器的上盖和下盖的顶面设有开口夹, 用于将所述手柄及绳索长度调节 器挂在使用者的腰带上。
9.根据权利要求 6所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述手柄及绳索长度 调节器的上盖和下盖和两侧面设有夹口夹, 用于插置一弹性护带, 供使用 者握持所述手柄及绳索长度调节器。
10.根据权利要求 6所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 还包括收纳所述手 柄及绳索长度调节器的外套, 该外套的一端设有放入所述手柄及绳索长度 调节器的入口; 在该外套侧面上与所述手柄及绳索长度调节器上的凸缘盘 相对应的位置设置有第一开孔, 该第一开孔的形状大小与所述凸缘盘相匹 配; 在该外套侧面上与所述手柄及绳索长度调节器的上盖和下盖底面接合 处的通孔相对应的位置设置有第二开孔, 该开孔的形状与大小与所述绳索 相匹配。
11.根据权利要求 10所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 在所述外套的入口 处还设置有入口闭合部件, 用于闭合或开启所述入口。
12.根据权利要求 10或 11所述的球类训练装置, 其特征在于, 所述外套上与 第二开孔相对的侧面上还设置有将所述外套连接在使用者的腰带上的连接 件。
