Abstract

The method of manufacturing a hearing system adapted to the fitting hearing needs and preferences of an individual, said hearing system having adjustable parameters, wherein the method comprises the steps of : a) presenting to said individual an audiovisual presentation having an interactively variable plot; b) during step a) : receiving a user input (U1;U2) from said individual; c) during step a) : directing said plot in dependence of said user input (U1;U2); d) determining a setting for at least one of said adjustable parameters in dependence of said user input (U1;U2); and preferably also e) setting said setting for said at least one adjustable parameter. This allows to obtain good fitting results within a short period of time.
