Description

Container stand
The present invention relates to a container stand for placing a container.
Due to the recent nail art boom, the number of users who perform nail care to nail art on their own as a hobby is increasing rapidly. However, it is difficult for amateurs to do nail art well, and there are many users who give up giving their own nail art.
When performing nail art, the user will handle a container containing nail color or the like. At this time, contents such as a nail color are collected by a brush or the like. When the contents in the container are reduced, the user sometimes performs an operation of raising the contents and collecting the contents by tilting the container. Such work is troublesome for the user. Therefore, in order to eliminate this troublesomeness, a container stand that can support the container at an angle is used.
However, there are no specific standards for containers such as nail collars, and there are various shapes. Therefore, it is difficult to realize a container stand that can hold any container. If the container is not stably held by such a container stand, the user is bothered by the work of collecting contents such as a nail color and cannot concentrate on the work of painting the contents. This is one of the causes that make nail art difficult.
Moreover, such a container may be used in addition to nail art. Containers for storing fluid contents such as granular, liquid or gel, such as other cosmetic containers, stationery containers, paint containers, adhesive containers, drug containers, bead containers, etc. Sometimes used in a wide range of applications. Therefore, the same problem may occur in applications other than nail art.

In order to stably hold various containers, several container stands have been proposed. Such a container stand is shown in FIG. FIG. 19 is a perspective view showing a conventional container stand 101 for holding the container 100. In the container stand 101, a plate-like standing plate 103 is erected from a plate-like base plate 102 extending in the horizontal direction. A support plate 104 is attached to the flat portion 103 a of the upright plate 103. The support plate portion 104 is formed to extend a V-shaped cross section in a direction perpendicular to the flat portion 103 a of the upright plate 103. The container 100 is supported by the standing plate 103 and the support plate portion 104 as described above. The user collects the contents in the container 100 from the mouth 100a of the container 100 with a brush 100b or the like. Such a container stand 101 is disclosed in Patent Document 1. Patent Document 2 discloses a flexible cushion-like table.
JP 2005-118119 A JP 2006-095251 A
However, in the container stand 101 of Patent Document 1, only the container corresponding to the shape of the V-shaped support plate portion 104 can be stably placed. Furthermore, when the small container 100 is placed on the container stand 101 as shown in FIG. 19, the container mouth portion 100 a is disposed on the support plate portion 104. Therefore, when the contents in the container are collected from the mouth part 100a, the brush 100b may come into contact with the support plate part 104 and the container stand 101 may become dirty.
On the other hand, in the cushion-shaped table of Patent Document 2, when using the enamel solution, the enamel solution may adhere to the table. In such a case, the enamel liquid penetrates into the table and the table becomes hardened. In such a state, the base becomes inflexible and it becomes difficult to place the container. In addition, since the container is placed on a flexible table, if even a slight impact is applied to the table, the shape of the table may change and the container may move. Therefore, the container cannot be stably held.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a container stand that can stably place containers of any shape and size.
In order to solve the problem, the container stand of the present invention is provided with a recess opening upward, and is configured to place the container in the recess with the mouth of the container facing upward on the front side. It is a container stand, and is provided at an opening surface inclined downward from the front front end of the concave portion toward the rear side, at least one stepped portion that becomes higher rearward from the opening surface, and an upper portion of the stepped portion. An upper surface, a side surface provided in a front portion of the stepped portion, and a support wall surface formed upward from the highest surface of the at least one stepped portion, the opening surface and the A side portion of the container is supported by at least one of the upper surfaces, and a bottom portion of the container is supported by at least one of the side surface and the support wall surface. Therefore, the bottom part and side part of the container of various shapes can be supported stably. Therefore, the container stand can stably hold various containers regardless of the size and shape of the container.
In the container stand of the present invention, a holding portion is provided on the support wall surface, and the holding portion is formed so as to be recessed toward the rear so as to be engageable with a bottom portion of the container to be placed. Furthermore, it becomes possible to engage with the bottom of various shapes of containers. Therefore, various containers can be held stably.

The second support portion 41 is provided with a second engagement portion 41a. The second engagement portion 41 a is formed in an arc shape that swells upward from the lower edge portion of the second support portion 41.
The length L in the width direction of the support member 39 is longer than the distance H between the pair of guide step portions 37 and 37. The length L is shorter than the distance between the pair of side wall surfaces 14 and 14. Therefore, the support member 39 can be inserted between the pair of side wall surfaces 14 and 14 and can be placed on the pair of guide step portions 37 and 37. The protruding portion 44 is formed so as to protrude in the width direction from the side surface portion 42 a of the base portion 42. The protruding portions 44 are provided on the pair of side surface portions 42 a and 42 a of the base portion 42, respectively. The protruding amount S of the protruding portion 44 is a length that can be engaged with the first guide groove portion 38a and the second guide groove portion 38b provided on the side wall surface 14 with the support member 39 placed on the guide step portions 37, 37. FIG. 17d is a view showing a state in which the sixth container 6 is placed on the container stand 31 of FIG. 12B to which the support member 39 is attached. The support member 39 is placed on the guide step portion 37 so as to contact the support wall surface 21. The support member 39 is disposed with the base portion 42 facing forward and the first support portion 40 and the second support portion 41 facing rearward. The support member 39 is arranged with the first support portion 40 facing upward. The protrusion 44 of the support member 39 is engaged with the first guide groove 38a. The bottom 6 c of the sixth container 6 is supported by the base 42 of the support member 39. The side part 6d of the sixth container 6 is supported by the opening surface 18 from below. Therefore, the mouth portion 6 b of the sixth container 6 is disposed so as to face the upper front side and protrude forward from the front end portion 13 a of the bottom portion 13.
FIG. 17e is a view showing a state in which the fourth container 4 is placed on the container stand 31 of FIG. The 4th container 4 is mounted in the attitude | position which makes the major axis of the elliptical columnar trunk | drum 4a stand up. The support member 39 is placed on the guide step portion 37 with the first support portion 40 and the second support portion 41 facing substantially upward and the base portion 42 facing substantially downward, and the protrusion portion 44 of the support member 39. (Indicated by an imaginary line) is engaged with the second guide groove 38b. The bottom portion 4c of the fourth container 4 is supported by the engagement surface 22a and the support surface 22b of the holding portion 22. The engagement surface 22a is engaged with the bottom 4c. The side portion 4d of the fourth container 4 is supported by the second engagement portion 41a from below. Therefore, the mouth portion 4 b of the fourth container 4 is disposed so as to face the upper front side and protrude forward from the front end portion 13 a of the bottom portion 13.
Therefore, the container stand 31 according to the second embodiment has a bottom portion of a container having various shapes and at least one of the first rear receiving portion 34, the second rear receiving portion 35, and the third rear receiving portion 36. Engage with the side. Therefore, the container stand 31 can hold various containers stably.
The container stand 31 of the second embodiment can be engaged with the side portions of containers of various shapes by at least one of the first front side receiving portion 32 and the second front side receiving portion 33. Therefore, the container stand 31 can hold various containers stably.
In the container stand 31 of the second embodiment, the container is supported from above by the first support part 40 and the second support part 41 of the support member 39. Therefore, the container can be held more stably.
In the container stand 31 of the second embodiment, the first support portion 40 and the second support portion 41 of the support member 39 are formed in different shapes. Therefore, the container can be supported by one of the first support part 40 and the second support part 41 appropriately selected according to the shape of the container. Therefore, various types of containers can be stably held.
In the container stand 31 of the second embodiment, the length L in the width direction of the support member 39 is formed to be smaller than the distance between the pair of side wall surfaces 14 and 14. Therefore, the support member 39 can be placed in the recess 12. Accordingly, the container can be supported by the support member 39 placed in the recess 12. For example, when it is difficult to project the mouth of the container from the front end of the recess 12 due to the low height of the container body, the support member 39 supports the bottom of the container, thereby increasing the height of the container body. The height of the container can be increased, and the mouth of the container can be protruded from the front end of the recess 12.
The container stand 31 of the second embodiment is provided with a guide step 37 on the side wall surface 14. Therefore, the support member 39 can be stably supported by the guide step portion 37. Therefore, the container can be held more stably by such a support member 39.
The container stand 31 of the second embodiment is provided with a first guide groove 38a and a second guide groove 38b on the side wall surface 14, and a protrusion 44 on the support member 39. By engaging the first guide groove portion 38a or the second guide groove portion 38b with the protruding portion 44, the movement of the support member 39 is restricted, and the support member 39 can be supported more stably. Although the support member 39 may not be provided with the protrusion 44, the support member 39 is supported more stably by providing the support member 39 with the protrusion 44. The container can be held more stably by the support member 39 supported stably in this way.

Two through holes 52 and 52 are provided in the front portion of the container stand 51, respectively. The two through holes 52 and 52 are each formed in a rectangular shape extending in the width direction. Further, the two through holes 52 and 52 are respectively arranged at intervals in the up-down direction. A plate-like member 53 is inserted through the upper through hole 52 and attached. The plate-like member 53 is formed in a rectangular shape so that it can be inserted through the two through holes 52 and 52, respectively. Therefore, the plate-like member 53 can be inserted through the lower through-hole 52 and attached.
FIG. 18B is a view showing a state where the fifth container 5 is placed on the CC cross section of FIG. 18A. The two through holes 52, 52 penetrate in the front-rear direction from the front portion of the container stand 51 toward the opening surface 18. The plate-like member 53 inserted through the through hole 52 protrudes rearward from the opening surface 18. The bottom portion 5 c of the fifth container 5 is supported by the second step portion 20 and the support wall surface 21. The side portion 5d of the fifth container 5 is supported by the first upper surface 19a and the plate-like member 53 from below. Therefore, the mouth portion 5b of the fifth container 5 is disposed so as to face the upper front side and protrude forward from the front end portion 13a of the bottom portion 13.
Therefore, the container stand 51 of the third embodiment can support the side portion of the container also by the plate-like member 53. Therefore, the vertical inclination of the container can be appropriately adjusted by adjusting the protruding amount and position of the plate-like member 53.
Although the third embodiment of the invention has been described so far, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications and changes can be made based on the technical idea of the present invention.
For example, as a first modification of the third embodiment, it is possible to provide the through hole 52 and the plate-like member 53 in the container stand 51 of the second embodiment, and appropriately use the support member 39 of the second embodiment. Thus, various types of containers can be held. Further, the same modifications as in the first to fourth modifications of the second embodiment are possible.
As a second modification of the third embodiment, the number of through holes 52 may be other than two.
