Abstract

Munition made up of a projectile (P1) sized to the calibre of the barrel comprising a high‑density cylindrical body (100) made of a metal or of a metal alloy other than lead, surmounted by a warhead (110) that exhibits symmetry of revolution about the axis (XX) of the projectile, but which is set back with respect to the ogive profile, and a plastic cap (120) overmoulded over the head (110) and externally having an ogive shape in the extension of the body (100, 500).
