Abstract

The invention relates to a thermo-electric converter (12), particularly a thermo-electric generator having a support substrate (1) and at least one thermal column having many thermo-elements electrically connected in series and mounted on the support substrate (1). The invention proposes that the support substrate (1) comprises a three-dimensional surface structure having bumps and recesses as structural elements (2).
