Abstract

The invention relates to a machine excited by permanent magnets, to a bank comprising electric machines of this type excited by permanent magnets, each machine being designed to drive a component of a domestic appliance and having a rotor and a stator. According to the invention, the rotor and/or the stator has or have a plurality of stacked and interconnected plate-type sheet metal parts (1, 7) and at least each rotor and/or stator can be constructed in a modular manner depending on the number of sheet metal parts (1, 7) in order to achieve a modular construction for the machine.
