喷管装置
【技术领域】 本发明涉及一种坐便器的喷管装置, 尤其涉及一种用一清洗人体特殊部 位 (如生殖器与肛门区域) 的喷管装置。
【背景技术】 坐便器通常安装在厕所便桶座上, 从而人可以坐着用清洗喷管喷射出来 的清洗水来清洗人体生殖器及肛门区域, 而可以实现清洁人体生殖器及肛门 的效果。 清洗喷管, 一般包括清洗肛门的后喷管以及清洗女子生殖器的前喷管。 该前、 后喷管一般并排布置在同一水平平面上。 当然, 也有该前、 后喷管并 排布置在同一竖直平面内, 这样有利于节省坐便器的体积。 选用哪种布置方 式, 根据坐便器的结构与实际应用情况而定。 当使用者在排便后, 按压后冲清洗按钮时, 后喷管向前突出而将清洗水 喷射到使用者的肛门区域。 当使用者按压前冲清洗按钮时, 前喷管向前突出 而将清洗水喷射到使用者的生殖器区域。 当清洗操作完成时, 清洗喷管返回 其初始位置。 现有技术中, 所述前、 后喷管的伸缩主要通过水的压力与弹簧来实现。 具体地说,在喷管喷射清洗水的另一端连接一弹簧,该弹簧固定在座便器上。 当需要冲洗时, 往喷管里面供水, 可以是温水或冷水。 该供水具有一定的压 力, 且该压力突破弹簧的弹性力, 驱使喷管往前伸出, 并喷射出清洗水, 实 现清洗的目的。 当停止使用时, 停止向喷管供水。 由于弹簧被拉伸而产生弹 性力, 在该弹性力的作用下, 喷管在失去水压后, 迅速回缩而回复到初始位 置。 然后, 现有技术中的这样设计, 存在很大的缺陷, 即在水压不足的情况 下, 无法克服弹簧的弹性力而无法伸出或无法完全伸出, 从而无法到达指定 位置, 实现冲洗的目的。 另外, 由于每个使用者的不同, 有高矮胖艘之分, 因此使用者的肛门与 生殖器的位置不同。 而现有技术中的喷管, 只能根据预先特定的长度, 伸出 到指定位置或回缩到初始位置, 无法根据使用者的不同来停留在任意中间位 置。 因此, 现有技术中的喷管影响使用效果, 无法提高使用者的满意度。 因此, 需要一种更加可靠、 舒适的喷管, 来克服现有技术中喷管的缺陷 与不足。
【发明内容】 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可靠、 舒适的喷管装置。 本发明所要解决的技术问题, 可以通过以下技术方案实现: 一种喷管装 置, 包括: 清洗用的第一、 第二喷管, 呈上下排列。 壳体, 容纳第一、 第二 喷管, 具有收容第一、 第二喷管的收容槽。 驱动马达, 驱动所述第一、 第二 喷管运动。 齿条, 驱动第一、 第二喷管往复运动。 齿轮系, 包括: 由驱动马 达带动的驱动齿轮、 以及接收来自所述驱动齿轮的旋转力而使第一、 第二喷 管往复运动的第一、 第二传递齿轮, 其中所述齿轮系位于同一竖直平面内。 与现有扶术相比, 本发明喷管装置更加灵活、 可靠。
【附图说明】 图 1是本发明喷管装置的立体视图。 图 2是本发明喷管装置另一角度的立体视图。 图 3是本发明喷管装置部分结构示意图。 图 4是本发明喷管装置运动状态结构示意图。 图 5是图 4中区域 A的局部放大示意图。 【具体实施方式】 下面参照附图具体介绍本发明的各种实施例, 图中相同的结构或功能用 相同的数字标出。 应该指出的是, 附图的目的只是便于对本发明具体实施例 的说明, 不是一种多余的叙述或是对本发明范围的限制, 此外, 附图没有必 要按比例画出。 图 1和图 2为本发明喷管装置的立体视图。 本发明喷管装置 100包括: 壳体 1、 收容在壳体 1 内的喷管 2以及设置 在壳体 1的一侧, 用以驱动喷管 2前进或后退的驱动马达 9。 其中, 壳体 1 包括第一壳体 11与第二壳体 12, 所述驱动马达 3配置在 第一壳体 11的一侧, 而第二壳体 12上开设有两开槽 121。 喷管 2具有第一喷管 21和第二喷管 22,其中笫一喷管 21与第二喷管 22 分别具有第一、 第二进水口 211、 221 , 并分别连接到外部的水管 (未图示)。 该第一、 第二进水口 211、 221位于第一壳体 11与第二壳体 12的开槽 121 内, 以方便在喷管 2伸出或回缩时, 笫一、 第二进水口 211、 221有移动的空 间。 图 3为本发明喷管装置 100没有安装第二壳体 12的结构示意图。 如图 3 所示, 第一喷管 21、 第二喷管 22收容在第一壳体 11的导向槽 110内, 还分 别具有一喷射清洗水的头部 212、 222。 以第一喷管 21为例, 第一喷管 21的后端 (即安装头部 212的另一端, 也即设置第一进水口 211的一端),设置有若干第一离合齿 213。在离合齿 213 的前端 (即靠近头部 212的一端)设有第一阻止块 214。 第二喷管 22也具有与第一喷管 21相同的结构, 即第二离合齿与第二阻 止块(未图示)。 本发明喷管装置 100还包括一齿条 3 ,齿条 3与笫一喷管 21的第一离合 齿 213、 第二离合齿啮合。 该齿条 3两个自由段分别设有与第一离合齿 213、 第二离合齿啮合配合的配合齿 31。 在本发明该优选的实施方式中, 本发明喷管装置 100还包括至少三个齿 轮, 分别为位于第一喷管 21后方的笫一传递齿轮 4, 用以驱动笫一喷管 21 ; 位于第二喷管 22后方的第二传递齿轮 5 , 用以驱动第二喷管 22; 以及驱动齿 轮 6, 与驱动马达 9连接, 用以驱动齿条 3。 所述三个齿轮 4、 5、 6配置在同 一竖直平面上, 且驱动齿轮 6位于第一、 第二喷管 21、 22中间, 且三个齿轮 呈三角形排列。 所述齿条 3分别与该三个齿轮啮合。 如图 3所示, 齿条 3大 致呈两个 "S" 型啮合在第一、 第二传递齿轮 4、 5与驱动齿轮 6中间。 由于 驱动齿轮 6的位置正好位于第一喷管 21与第二喷管 22的中间, 使得喷管装 置 100 的体积与外形尺寸都能控制在较小的数值范围内。 所述第一壳体 11 设置有收容齿条 3的收容槽 111 , 所述齿条 3可以在该收容槽 111 内被自由 的拉动。在本发明又一实施方式中,所述喷管装置 100也可以只有一个齿轮, 即驱动齿轮。 在本发明另一实施方式中, 所述喷管装置 100的传递齿轮可以 为 4个, 即所述喷管装置 100的齿轮个数为奇数。 当喷管装置 100安装到坐便器(未图示)上, 需要使用时, 驱动马达 9 驱动喷管 2。 如图 4所示, 以驱动第一喷管 21为例。 驱动马达 9驱动所述驱 动齿轮 6, 驱动齿轮 6带动齿条 3运动。 第一传递齿轮 4转动, 齿条 3的配 合齿 31与第一喷管 21的离合齿 213啮合。 啮合后, 齿条 3推动第一喷管 21 往前运动,从而笫一喷管 21伸出。第一喷管 21伸出到使用者需要的位置后, 停止。 所述第一喷管 21连接到水源的进水口 211, 供水后, 清洗水从第一喷管 21的头部 212喷出。 当使用完成后,驱动马达 9反转,驱动齿轮 6带动齿条 3往反方向运动。 于是, 齿条 3带动第一喷管 21往回运动。 这样, 第一喷管 21就被拉回到初 始位置。 特别的, 为了使本发明喷管装置 100具有更加好的使用效果, 我们在第 一壳体 11安装第一、 第二喷管 21、 22槽道 110的两外侧, 还分别设置导引 面 112。 当齿条 3的配合齿 31靠近第一喷管 21的啮合齿 213时, 先与导引 面 112接触,导引面 112提供一反推力,使得配合齿 31可以^ ί艮順利的与啮合 齿 213咬合, 从而推动第一喷管 21运动。 当回缩笫一喷管 21后而需推动笫 二喷管 22时, 齿条 3会随着导引面 112脱离所述啮合齿 213。 虽然上面已经揭示了本发明的具体实施方式, 但是它们不是本发明范围 的局限, 熟知,

1. 一种喷管装置, 包括: 清洗用的第一、 第二喷管, 呈上下排列; 壳体, 容纳第一、 第二喷管, 具有收容第一、 第二喷管的收容槽; 其 特征在于: 驱动马达, 驱动所述第一、 第二喷管运动; 齿条, 驱动第一、 第二喷管往复运动, 所述齿条可离合的与第一、 第 二喷管配合, 以及 齿轮系, 包括: 由驱动马达带动的驱动齿轮以及接收来自所述驱动齿 轮的旋转力而使第一、 第二喷管往复运动的第一、 第二传递齿轮, 所述齿轮 系位于同一竖直平面内。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的喷管装置, 其特征在于: 第一、 第二传递齿轮位 于第一、 第二喷管后端, 与驱动齿轮呈三角形排列。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的喷管装置,其特征在于:所述驱动齿轮位于第一、 第二喷管中间。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的喷管装置, 其特征在于: 所述第一、 第二喷管的 前端设有喷射头部, 后端设有离合齿。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的喷管装置, 其特征在于: 齿条的自由端设有与离 合齿配合的配合齿。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的喷管装置,其特征在于:离合齿前端设有阻止块。
7. 如权利要求 5所述的喷管装置, 其特征在于: 壳体上还设有导引面, 齿条的配合齿可沿着导引面被导入到离合齿内而啮合。
