自动冲洗装置
【技术领域】 本发明涉及一种自动沖洗装置, 尤其是应用于水箱式马桶内的自动冲洗 装置。
【背景技术】 在现有技术中, 水箱式马桶一般为手动式, 如旋鈕提拉式及按钮活塞式 等。 所述旋钮提拉式机构一般包括拉杆、 拉线以及旋鈕。 当需要冲水时, 通 过旋转旋钮、 拨动拉杆、 提升拉线来提拉出水塞头, 而使得水箱里面的水得 以释放, 从而达到冲水的目的。 而所述按钮活塞式机构一般包括可移动的塞 头以及按钮机构。 当需要冲水时, 按压该按钮机构, 来提升可移动的塞头, 从而实现沖水的目的。 随着技术的发展, 该手动的水箱式马桶已经不适应人们生活的需要。 因 此, 在现有技术中出现了, 通过感应器感知人的使用状态而控制沖水的自动 冲洗马桶, 其中自动冲洗装置主要通过电机带动水箱出水塞头来控制冲洗, 以替代人之手动。 该等自动冲水马桶更加方便、 卫生。 其工作原理是: 当感 应器检测到人已经进入感应区域, 而后又检测到一段时间后人离开该感应区 域, 此时感应器会将该感应信号传输给控制器, 控制器根据程序设置判断此 时需要进行一次沖洗, 那么控制器通过驱动电机而拉动出水塞头而让水箱中 的水得以释放并进行冲洗。 现有技术中也不单单是检测人, 也可以通过检测其他东西, 如马桶盖。 一般来讲, 人们使用马桶的时候都需要打开马桶盖, 因此检测马桶盖也是一 种理想的感应方式。 当然, 所述感应的方式可以是红外感应, 也可以是电磁 感应。 现有技术中, 还有微波感应、 压力感应等多种感应方式。 然而该等自动冲水马桶的设计, 一方面, 需要额外的电力来驱动电机旋 转带动出水塞头, 能耗较大; 另一方面也无法对现有技术中的手动的水箱式 马桶进行改造, 从而实现自动冲洗的目的。 因此, 有必要发明一种应用在水箱式马桶中可靠节能的自动冲洗装置。 同时, 该自动沖洗装置根据需要很方便的应用到现有水箱式马桶中, 对现有 的手动水箱式马桶进行升级改造, 达到自动冲洗的效果。
【发明内容】 本发明的目的是提供一种可安装于水箱式马桶内, 节能可靠的自动冲洗 装置。 本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种自动沖洗装置, 设置在水 箱内, 接收外部信号控制沖洗, 包括: 进水控制组件、 杠杆组件及水箱组件。 其中进水组件包括连接进水管的进水部件、 水流控制电磁阀、 与电磁阀连通 的注水管以及接收外部信号的电子感应控制器。 所述杠杆组件包括支架、 安 装在支架上的杠杆、 设置在杠杆一头并与注水管连通的水杯及设置在杠杆另 一头的拉线。所述水箱组件包括水箱补水部件与拉线连接的水箱出水口塞头, 其中水箱补水部件包括控制水箱内进水水位的浮子。 本发明解决其问题所采用的另一技术方案是: 一种自动冲洗装置, 安装 在水箱内, 包括进水控制组件、 泄水控制的杠杆组件以及水箱组件。 在进水 控制组件中还包括一路连接到进水管上的管道, 管道上设置一电磁阀。 在泄 水控制杠杆组件中设置一水杯, 该水杯与电磁阀之间通过一注水管相连通。 还包括一控制器, 控制电磁阀的开合来对水杯注水。 当水杯内被注满水后, 发生杠杆失衡倾斜而控制水箱的冲水。 本发明的有益效果是: 与公知技术相比, 本发明无需额外的动力源, 利 用自来水向水杯注水即可, 对水压没有要求, 水流控制方便, 功耗低, 节约 电能 。 另外, 本发明还可针对原有手动水箱式马桶进行改造, 在增加感应自动 冲洗功能时, 保留了原有水箱配件, 益于产品的升级换代, 节省成本, 适用 性强。

【具体实施方式】 下面参照附图具体介绍本发明的各种实施例, 图中相同的结构或功能用 相同的数字标出。 应该指出的是, 附图的目的只是便于对本发明具体实施例 的说明, 不是一种多余的叙述或是对本发明范围的限制, 此外, 附图没有必 要按比例画出。 本发明附图表述了该机构的一个具体实施方式, 如图 1所示, 该自动冲 洗装置 100包括: 杠杆动作组件、 进水控制组件及水箱组件。 其中杠杆动作 组件包括杠杆 1、 支架 2、 拉线 3及水杯 4。 进水控制组件包括进水部件 5、 水流控制电磁阀 7、注水管 8以及电子感应控制器 9。水箱组件包括补水部件 及水箱出水口橡胶塞头 10,其中水箱补水部件包括控制水箱内进水水位的浮 子 6。 如图 2所示, 该自动控制装置 100安装在水箱 200内。 水源通过进水部件 5 (—般情况下为三通部件)对水箱 200进行补水, 当到达一定的水位后, 通过浮子 6来控制补水停止。 同时, 进水部件 5也可 对电磁阀 7控制的注水管 8进行补水。 其中在图 1、 图 2所示的实施方式中, 示出的浮子 6结构为简单的示意结构, 它可以采用业界所习知惯用的一般浮 子结构。 电子感应控制器 9接收外部控制信号, 如设置在水箱外部的红外感应信 号或通过遥控器上按键发出的电子控制信号。 例如, 人离开座便器后, 该红 外感应信号会将需要沖水的控制信号传给电子感应控制器 9。 该控制器 9接 收到相应的控制信号后控制电磁阀的打开及关闭。 注水管 8连接在电磁阀 7与水杯 4之间。 当电磁阀打开后 , 水会通过注 水管 8流到水杯 4内。 水杯 4可转动的设置在杠杆 1的一端,而拉线 3设置在杠杆 1的另一端, 拉线 3的底端连接出水口塞头 10。 所述杠杆 1可转动的固定在支架 2上。 所 述杠杆 1上有水杯 4一端的力臂要比有拉线 3—端的力臂长, 这样设置可以 保证用较少的水量就能使得杠杆 1倾斜, 从而更容易提起塞头 10。 工作时, 当电子感应控制器 9接受到外来控制信号, 即可驱动打开电磁 阀 7, 从而自来水经由三通进水部件 5及注水管 8进入杠杆 1一侧的水杯 4, 当水杯 4中水量足够时即可导致杠杆 1失衡, 拉线 3将水箱 200出水口塞头 10提起, 达到泄放水箱 200沖水的目的。 当水箱 200中水泄完之后, 水箱补 水组件在浮子 6的控制下, 对水箱 200补水, 以待下一次冲水使用。 水杯 4的结构可以是简单的杯状结构, 在该杯状结构的底端附近设有开 孔(如图 4所示)。 由于注水管 8的注水量大于开孔的泄水量, 才会导致在注 水管 8对水杯 4进行注水时, 水杯 4中的水量不断增加。 当水杯 4的水量足 够时, 才导致杠杆 1失衡, 达到最终冲水目的。 当水箱 200进行冲水后, 注水管 8停止对水杯 4进行注水。 水杯 4内的 水通过开孔泄掉, 而使得杠杆 1恢复到原始状态, 出水口塞头 10重新合上。 从而使得水箱 200补水动作得以完成。 在本发明中, 水杯 4更可釆取一个更优化设计, 即虹吸式水杯, 即如图 3所示。 该虹吸式水杯 4, 包括自来水收容腔 40、 与收容腔 40底部连通的虹 吸弯管 41及出水口 42。 为了保持水杯在注水与泄水时能比较理想的工作, 该虹吸弯管 41与出水口 42为两套, 分别对称设置在虹吸水杯 4的两侧。 诚 然, 在本发明另一实施方式中, 该虹吸弯管 41与出水口 42也可以是一套。 其中, 虹吸弯管 41 包括与收容腔 40连通处的第一开口 411与位于弯管 41 顶部的第二开口 412。 为了获得比较理想的虹吸效果, 该第二开口 412的尺 寸最好等于第一开口 411。 当往虹吸水杯 4中注水时, 只有虹吸水杯 4足够满时, 虹吸水杯 4才开 始往外泄水, 而一旦开始泄水, 由于虹吸效果, 泄水将直至虹吸水杯 4中水 泄完为止, 这种结构可保证杠杆 1失衡的迅速有力, 而不会因虹吸水杯 4从 注水就马上泄水, 而延长了泄水时间, 影响使用效果。 在本发明另一实施方式中,为了考虑到虹吸水杯 4因为某些特殊原因(如 突然停电) 而导致虹吸水杯 4内的水无法完全释放, 进而导致杠杆 1无法恢 复原始状态的情况发生,我们也可以在虹吸水杯 4水腔 40的底部开设一泄水 孔 43 (如图 4所示), 来泄掉虹吸水杯 4内没有释放的水。 当时, 在实际的 应用过程中, 注水管 8的注水量一般是比较大的, 不大会发生虹吸水杯 4不 工作的情况。 在本发明自动沖洗装置 100—优选的实施方式中, 我们更可以控制电磁 阀 7往水杯 4注水的时间, 来实现水箱 200的大、 小水沖洗, 即适应大、 小 便需要改变水量, 达到节水目的。 当仅需要小水量沖洗时, 控制注水时间使 只需达到杠杆失衡即可, 这时由于水杯 4泄水 4艮快, 杠杆 1迅速复位, 则拉 线 3拉开水箱 200出水口塞头 10仅很短时间,水箱 200仅一部分水泄流冲洗。 当需大水量冲洗时,则将控制电磁阀 7注水时间较长,使杠杆 1长时间失衡, 拉线 3长时间拉起水箱 200出水口塞头 10, 则可将水箱 200中水全部泄完, 达到大水量冲洗。 本发明自动冲洗装置 100, 与一般手动式水箱中的手动提拉结构不相干 涉, 原有手动机构仍可用。 因此, 本发明自动冲洗装置 100可以完全对原有 手动式水箱进行升级。 本发明自动冲洗装置 100也能应用在全新的自动冲洗水箱内。 虽然上面已经揭示了本发明的具体实施方式, 但是它们不是本发明范围 本发明的范围之内。

1. -一种自动冲洗装置, 设置在水箱内, 接收外部信号控制冲洗, 包括: 进水控制组件、 杠杆组件及水箱组件, 其中进水组件包括连接进水管的进水 部件、 水流控制电磁阀、 与电磁阀连通的注水管以及接收外部信号的电子感 应控制器; 所述杠杆组件包括支架、 安装在支架上的杠杆、 设置在杠杵一端 并与注水管连通的水杯及设置在杠杆另一端的拉线; 所述水箱组件包括水箱 补水部件与拉线连接的水箱出水口塞头, 其中水箱补水部件包括控制水箱内 进水水位的浮子。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的自动冲洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述进水部件为一 三通部件。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的自动沖洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述杠杆上有水杯 一端的力臂要比有拉线一端的力臂长。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的自动冲洗装置,其特征在于:水杯为虹吸式水杯。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的自动冲洗装置, 其特征在于: 水杯包括水腔与在 水腔两侧对称设置的虹吸弯管结构。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的自动冲洗装置, 其特征在于: 虹吸弯管具有靠近 水腔连通处的第一开口与位于虹吸弯管顶部的第二开口, 第二开口的尺寸等 于第一开口的尺寸。
7. 如权利要求 1 至 6任一项中所述的自动冲洗装置, 其特征在于: 水 杯底部附近设有一泄水开孔。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的自动冲洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述外部信号可以 是红外感应信号或遥控器的电子控制信号。
9. 一种自动冲洗装置, 安装在水箱内, 包括进水控制组件、 泄水控制的 杠杆组件以及水箱组件, 其特征在于: 在进水控制组件中还包括一路连接到 进水管上的管道,管道上设置一电磁阀;在泄水控制杠杆组件中设置一水杯, 该水杯与电磁阀之间通过一注水管相连通; 还包括一控制器, 控制电磁阀的 开合来对水杯注水; 当水杯内被注满水后, 杠杆发生失衡倾斜而控制水箱的 冲水。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的自动冲洗装置, 其特征在于: 所述水杯为虹吸 式水杯。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的自动冲洗装置, 其特征在于: 水杯包括水腔与 在水腔两侧对称设置的虹吸弯管结构。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的自动沖洗装置, 其特征在于: 虹吸弯管具有靠 近水腔连通处的第一开口与位于虹吸弯管顶部的第二开口, 第二开口的尺寸 等于第一开口的尺寸。
13. 如权利要求 9至 12中任一项所述的自动沖洗装置, 其特征在于: 水 杯底部附近设有一泄水开孔。
