Abstract
The present invention relates to a fine particle collecting apparatus for successive transfer of a filter cassette which is characterized by comprising the steps of: receiving a filter cassette, which has not collected fine particles yet, from a first magazine, then transferring the filter cassette to a lower portion of an upper filter holder; uplifting the filter cassette to the upper filter holder to be installed by uplifting a lower filter holder, thereby the filter cassette can collect fine particles; and transferring the filter cassette, which has collected fine particles, to a lower portion of a second magazine and uplifting a push rod, thereby the filter cassette at which fine particles are collected can be pushed up toward the inner side of the second magazine and be accepted therein. According to this invention, fine particles can be collected continuously with one power source. In addition, the number of components can be reduced by simplifying the structure of the fine particle collecting apparatus.
