  1.  テレビジョン放送された番組をディスプレイ上に表示する放送の表示装置であって、
     受信チャネルが設定可能であり、設定されたチャネルにて放送されているテレビジョン放送信号からビデオデータを分離するチューナと、
     チャネル毎に、映像内において緊急放送によるテロップ表示を行う領域の位置及びテロップが緊急放送によるものである旨を示す文字パターンの定義を対応付けて記憶する記憶装置と、
     前記チューナによって分離されたビデオデータに基づいて映像を前記ディスプレイ上に表示する表示部と、
     前記チューナによって分離されたビデオデータが表すフレームの映像毎に、前記チューナに設定されているチャネルに対応付けて前記記憶装置に記憶されている位置の定義が示す領域に、同チャネルに対応付けて前記記憶装置に記憶されている文字パターンの定義が示す文字パターンが含まれているか否かを判断する判断部と、
     前記領域に前記文字パターンが含まれていると前記判断部が判断した場合に、前記領域の映像を所定時間に亘って録画する録画部と、
     前記録画がなされる場合には、緊急放送があった旨のメッセージを前記ディスプレイ上に表示するとともに、前記録画部によって録画された前記領域の映像を前記ディスプレイ上に表示する表示処理部と
    を備えたことを特徴とする放送の表示装置。

     前記領域に前記文字パターンが含まれていると前記判断手段が判断した場合に、前記領域の映像を所定時間に亘って前記記憶装置に録画する録画手段,及び
     前記録画がなされる場合には、緊急放送があった旨のメッセージを前記ディスプレイ上に表示するとともに、前記録画手段によって録画された前記領域の映像を前記ディスプレイ上に表示する表示処理手段と
    して機能させることを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。

     前記処理装置が、前記領域に前記文字パターンが含まれていると前記判断手段が判断した場合に、前記領域の映像を所定時間に亘って前記記憶装置に録画し、
     前記処理装置が、前記録画を行う場合には、緊急放送があった旨のメッセージを前記ディスプレイ上に表示するとともに、前記記憶装置に録画されている前記領域の映像を前記ディスプレイ上に表示する
