第二计费模块 3024,用于当业务检查模块 3021检查出用户发起的业务为一个业务或剩 余量检查模块 3022检查出用户账户的剩余量大于预设的阈值时, 根据预设的计费单元对用 户使用的业务进行计费。 本实施例提供的系统中的在线计费网元设备 302 充分考虑用户发起的业务个数, 如果 为多个业务时, 为了避免因为账户的剩余量不足时, 只允许一个业务执行, 拒绝其它业务 的情况, 将预设的计费单元划分为多个计费子单元, 根据多个计费子单元对用户使用的业 务计费, 能够最大限度地保证用户的多个业务并行使用。 其中, 上述本发明实施例所述的 "多个"是指个数大于一个。
同时, 当用户发起的业务为一个业务或者用户账户的剩余量充足时, 仍然使用预设的 计费单元对用户使用的业务进行计费, 这样可以减少因为计费单元的容量变小带来的业务 控制网元设备与在线计费网元设备间交互次数增多的问题。
实施例 3
参见图 4, 本实施例提供了一种在线计费网元设备, 包括:
业务检查模块 401, 用于检查用户发起的业务个数;
剩余量检查模块 402, 用于当业务检查模块 401检查出用户发起多个业务时, 检查用户 账户的剩余量是否小于等于预设的阈值;
第一计费模块 403,用于当剩余量检查模块 402检查出用户账户的剩余量小于等于预设 的阈值时, 根据账户的剩余量将预设的计费单元分成多个计费子单元, 根据多个计费子单 元对用户使用的业务进行计费。
其中, 上述在线计费网元设备还包括:
第二计费模块 404,用于当业务检查模块 401检查出用户发起的业务为一个业务或剩余 量检查模块 402 检查出用户账户的剩余量大于预设的阈值时, 根据预设的计费单元对用户 使用的业务进行计费。
本实施例中的在线计费网元设备 302 充分考虑用户发起的业务个数, 如果为多个业务 时, 为了避免因为账户的剩余量不足时, 只允许一个业务执行, 拒绝其它业务的情况, 将 预设的计费单元划分为多个计费子单元, 根据多个计费子单元对用户使用的业务计费, 能 够最大限度地保证用户的多个业务并行使用。 其中, 上述本发明实施例所述的 "多个"是 指个数大于一个。
同时, 当用户发起的业务为一个业务或者用户账户的剩余量充足时, 仍然使用预设的 计费单元对用户使用的业务进行计费, 这样可以减少因为计费单元的容量变小带来的业务 控制网元设备与在线计费网元设备间交互次数增多的问题。
以上实施例通过将预设的计费单元分成多个计费子单元, 解决了因为用户账户的剩余 量不足时, 导致用户不能同时使用多个业务的问题, 增强了服务质量。
本发明实施例中的 "接收"一词可以理解为主动从其他模块获取也可以是接收其他模 块发送来的信息。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施例的示意图, 附图中的模块或流程并 不一定是实施本发明所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施例中的装置中的模块可以按照实施例描述分布于实施例 的装置中, 也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施例的一个或多个装置中。 上述实施例的 模块可以合并为一个模块, 也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述, 不代表实施例的优劣。

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
检查用户发起的业务个数, 当所述业务个数为大于一个时, 检查所述用户账户的剩余 量是否小于等于预设的阈值;
如果是, 根据所述用户账户的剩余量将预设的计费单元分成个数大于一个的计费子单 元;
根据所述个数大于一个的计费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述用户账户的剩余量 将预设的计费单元分成个数大于一个的计费子单元的步骤具体包括:
检查用户发起的业务类型, 根据所述用户账户的剩余量将预设的计费单元分成个数大 于一个的计费子单元, 所述计费子单元的容量与所述业务类型的费率成正比。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述个数大于一个的计 费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费的步骤具体包括:
在线计费网元设备将所述个数大于一个的计费子单元中的一个计费子单元下发给业务 控制网元设备;
所述业务控制网元设备收到所述计费子单元后, 将所述计费子单元作为所述个数大于 一个的业务的计费单元, 当所述个数大于一个的业务使用完所述计费子单元时, 再次向所 述在线计费网元设备获取下一个下计费子单元, 直到所述用户结束使用所述个数大于一个 的业务。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述个数大于一个的计 费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费的步骤具体包括:
在线计费网元设备将所述个数大于一个的计费子单元中的一个计费子单元下发给业务 控制网元设备;
所述业务控制网元设备收到所述计费子单元后, 将所述计费子单元作为所述个数大于 一个的业务的计费单元, 当所述个数大于一个的业务使用完所述计费子单元时, 再次向所 述在线计费网元设备获取下一个下计费子单元, 直到所述个数大于一个的计费子单元用完。
5.如权利要求 3或 4所述的在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述个数大于一个的计费子 单元的大小不相等, 所述在线计费网元设备将所述个数大于一个的计费子单元中的一个计 费子单元下发给业务控制网元设备的步骤具体为:
在线计费网元设备从所述个数大于一个的计费子单元中选择容量最大的一个计费子单 元, 将选择的计费子单元下发给业务控制网元设备。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户发起的业务个数与预设 的计费单元分成的个数大于一个的计费子单元个数相等,
所述根据所述个数大于一个的计费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费的步骤具体 包括:
在线计费网元设备将所述个数大于一个的计费子单元下发给业务控制网元设备; 所述业务控制网元设备收到所述个数大于一个的计费子单元后, 将所述个数大于一个 的计费子单元分别作为每个业务的计费单元, 当所述用户结束一个业务的使用时, 结束该 业务的计费。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的在线计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户发起的业务个数与预设 的计费单元分成的个数大于一个的计费子单元个数相等,
所述根据所述个数大于一个的计费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费的步骤具体 包括:
在线计费网元设备将所述个数大于一个的计费子单元下发给业务控制网元设备; 所述业务控制网元设备收到所述个数大于一个的计费子单元后, 将所述个数大于一个 的计费子单元分别作为每个业务的计费单元, 当一个业务对应的计费子单元用完时, 结束 该业务的计费。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述检查用户发起的业务个数步骤之前, 还包括:
在线计费网元接收业务控制网元上报的计费请求, 所述计费请求中携带用户发起的业 务个数。
9.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设的计费单元具体为:
允许用户使用业务的权限。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述允许用户使用业务的权限具体为: 允许用户使用业务的时间, 或, 允许用户使用的业务流量。
11. 一种在线计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
业务控制网元设备 (301 ), 用于收到用户发送业务使用请求后, 上报计费请求; 在线计费网元设备 (302), 用于接收所述业务控制网元设备 (301 ) 上报的计费请求, 检查所述用户发起的业务个数, 当所述业务个数为大于一个时, 检查所述用户账户的剩余 量是否小于等于预设的阈值; 如果是, 根据所述账户的剩余量将预设的计费单元分成个数 大于一个的计费子单元, 根据所述个数大于一个的计费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行 计费。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的在线计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述在线计费网元设备 (302 ) 包括:
业务检查模块 (3021 ), 用于接收所述业务控制网元设备 (301 ) 上报的计费请求, 检 查所述用户发起的业务个数;
剩余量检查模块 (3022), 用于当所述业务检查模块 (3021 ) 检查出所述用户发起个数 大于一个的业务时, 检查所述用户账户的剩余量是否小于等于预设的阈值;
第一计费模块 (3023), 用于当所述剩余量检查模块 (3022 ) 检查出所述用户账户的剩 余量小于等于预设的阈值时, 根据所述账户的剩余量将预设的计费单元分成个数大于一个 的计费子单元, 将所述个数大于一个的计费子单元下发给所述业务控制网元设备 (301 ), 对所述用户使用的业务进行计费。
13. 如权利要求 11所述的在线计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述在线计费网元设备 (302 ) 还包括:
第二计费模块 (3024), 用于当所述业务检查模块 (3021 ) 检查出所述用户发起的业务 为一个业务或所述剩余量检查模块 (3022 ) 检查出所述用户账户的剩余量大于预设的阈值 时, 根据预设的计费单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费。
14. 一种在线计费网元设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括:
业务检查模块 (401 ), 用于检查用户发起的业务个数;
剩余量检查模块 (402), 用于当所述业务检查模块 (401 ) 检查出所述用户发起个数大 于一个的业务时, 检查所述用户账户的剩余量是否小于等于预设的阈值;
第一计费模块 (403), 用于当所述剩余量检查模块 (402 ) 检查出所述用户账户的剩余 量小于等于预设的阈值时, 根据所述账户的剩余量将预设的计费单元分成个数大于一个的 计费子单元, 根据所述个数大于一个的计费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费。
15.如权利要求 14所述的在线计费网元设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备还包括: 第二计费模块 (404), 用于当所述业务检查模块 (401 ) 检查出所述用户发起的业务为 —个业务或所述剩余量检查模块 (402 ) 检查出所述用户账户的剩余量大于预设的阈值时, 根据预设的计费单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费。
16. 一种计算机可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 所述计算机可读存储介质存储计算机程 序, 该程序可使得一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:
检查用户发起的业务个数, 当所述业务个数为大于一个时, 检查所述用户账户的剩余 量是否小于等于预设的阈值;
如果是, 根据所述用户账户的剩余量将预设的计费单元分成个数大于一个的计费子单 元;
根据所述个数大于一个的计费子单元对所述用户使用的业务进行计费。
