Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et procédés pour traiter des fumiers animaux en un produit novateur et utile. Le système utilise les actions combinées d'un hydrocyclone, d'un déshydratateur et d'un réacteur pour nettoyer, sécher et traiter du fumier en le transformant en un matériau absorbant. Le matériau absorbant, qui contient de faibles taux de sel, de graines de plantes adventices et de pathogènes, peut être utilisé dans une diversité d'applications y compris, sans s'y limiter, la litière pour animaux et les matériaux de croissance pour plantes.
