Abstract

　外部から直流電流が供給される直流バス２と、直流バスに接続され直流バスから直流電流を蓄電し放電する蓄電装置３と、直流バス２に接続され直流電流を変調して外部モータ１３を駆動するインバータ１１とを備える。蓄電装置３とインバータ１１は、外部モータ１３の必要トルクと必要回転数の時間変化に対して、モータとインバータの特性を用いて求められる直流バスの最低電圧と直流バスの実電圧の時間変化が、常に直流バスの実電圧が直流バスの最低電圧を上回るように設定されている。
