Abstract

　原核細胞においてファージの感染や薬剤／酵素処理など外部からの直接的な刺激によらずに起こる溶菌に対して抵抗性を有する細胞、及びその作製方法を提供することをその目的とする。本発明は、σＥ因子により発現調節を受けるｓＲＮＡ遺伝子（溶菌原因遺伝子）が破壊され、溶菌耐性という形質を獲得した細胞、及び溶菌原因遺伝子の塩基配列中にタンパク質をコードした遺伝子を挿入する工程と、前記タンパク質を発現させることにより非溶菌耐性細胞から溶菌耐性細胞を選別する工程を含むことを特徴とする溶菌耐性細胞の作製方法を提供する。
