Mode for the Invention
[15] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[16] As shown in Figure 1, the heating neck muffler 1 according to the present invention includes a cloth part 10 woven using a wool or a cotton texture or a yarn.
[17] As shown in Figure 2, there is provided a film heater 20 attached to the cloth part 10.
The film heater 20 is made of an electric resistance material. The cloth part 10 consists of upper and lower cloths 12a and 12b. As shown in Figure 3A, the film heater 20 is disposed between the upper and lower cloches 12a and 12b and is fixed by means of a sewing part 22.
[18] Namely, a film heater 20 is arranged between the upper and lower cloths 12a and
12b, and is sewed and fixed by means and a sewing part 22. So, the film heater 20 is fixed between the upper and lower cloths 12a and 12b.
[19] In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 3B, the cloth part 10 is formed of a single cloth 14, and a film heater 20 is attached to one side of the same, and an attaching cloth 16 is attached along a surrounding portion of the film heater 20, and the film heater 20 is sewed and fixed by means of the sewing part 22.
[20] Here, the film heater 20 is configured like an electric resistance coil 28 is disposed in the interior of an insulator 26. More preferably, a film heater might be formed of a carbon woven film heater.
[21] The carbon woven film heater has an excellent waterproof and moisture resistance performance in such a manner that an electrode is attached to a heating part formed of a woven raw material having a certain flexibility using a carbon adhesive, and a carbon liquid is used for dying the same. Even when the carbon woven film heater is repeatedly folded and unfolded or is repeatedly pulled, it is not damaged. The carbon woven film heater is capable of preventing a space formation between the heater and the electrode. Cracks are prevented from the heater, so it is possible to prevent a safety accident such as a fire or the something.
[22] The carbon woven film heater includes a heating part formed of a woven cloth and is dyed with a carbon liquid, a plurality of electrodes attached between both ends of the heating part using a carbon adhesive and between the heating parts, and an insulator for coating a surface of the heating part attached with the electrodes.
[23] Here, the heating part is formed of a woven raw cloth such as a cotton yarn or a synthetic yarn having flexibility. The heating part is dyed with a carbon liquid after the electrodes are attached to the same. It might be dyed before the electrodes are attached.
[24] The electrode is made of a metallic thin plate such as a copper thinner or something and is attached at both ends of the heating part and is attached between the heating parts. The electrodes are electrically connected with an external driving force source and provide the heating parts with positive and negative electric poles, so the heating parts are heated by means of an electrical resistance.
[25] The electrodes are attached to the heating parts using a carbon adhesive formed of an electric conductor. So, even when it receives a stress due to a transformation as it is folded and unfolded or is pulled, a certain space is not formed between the heating part and the electrodes.
[26] The present invention includes a charging part 40 for providing an electric power to the film heater 1. The charging part 40 is a charge battery connected with the power 50 for charging a power and electrically heating the film heater 20.
[27] There is provided a control part 60 for turning on/off the power supplied from the charging part 40 to the film heater 20 and controlling a power supply and a temperature of the film heater 20. The control part 60 includes an on/off switch 62 and a resistance type temperature adjuster 64. The charging part 40 and the control part 60 controls the electricity supplied to the film heater 20 for thereby heating a user's body using a heating effect of the film heater 20.
[28] The charging part 40 and the control part 40 are integrally formed and stored in the pocket 70 formed in one side of the cloth part 10. The pocket 70 is equipped with an entrance locking part 80. The entrance locking part 80 is formed of a zipper 82. The charging part 40 and the control part 60 are stored in the interior of the pocket 70, and the pocket is closed by means of the zipper 82.
[29] The entrance locking part 80 might be formed of a button and a button hole(not shown). Like the zipper 82, the charging part 40 and the control part 60 are stored in the interior of the pocket 70, and the pocket is closed using a button and a button hole for thereby storing the charging part 40 and the control part 60.
[30] As shown in Figure 4, the charging part 40 and the control part 60 are integrally formed and longitudinally extended with respect to the film heater 20 using a cable 85 and are stored in a clothes pocket 90. In this structure, the charging part 40 and the control part 60 are stored in the clothes pocket, not directly storing in the cloth part 10 of the neck muffler 1, so that it is possible to loosen the weight applied to a user's neck.
[31] The reference character C is a connector for connecting an electric cable, and K is a jack for inserting an electric cable into a heat storing part.
[32] As shown in Figure 2, the film heater 20 according to the present invention charges the charging part 40, which is stored in the pocket 70 of the cloth part 10, using a power supply cable. When electric power is charged in the charging part 40, the pocket 70 is closed.
[33] The of/off switch 62 installed in the control part 60 is turned on, power is supplied to the film heater 20, and heating operation starts. In this operation, it is possible to control the power supplied from the charging part 40 to the film heater 20 using the temperature adjuster 64.
[34] Here, the temperature adjuster 64 might be formed in a resistance control type or might be configured in a conventional method used for adjusting the temperature of a common electric resistance coil.
[35] Since a heating effect can be obtained using the film heater 20, it is possible for a user to heat a neck and a body in winter.
[36] When it is needed to wash the heating neck muffler 1 according to the present invention, the charging part 40 and the control part 60 stored in the cloth part 10 are removed from the pocket 70 after the electric cable 85 is separated from the film heater 20. The cloth part 10 and the film heater 20 are washed together and are dried, and the electric cable 85 is connected and used. In this case, since the film heater 20 is moisture-proofed, no problems occur in electric connections even when washing the same.
[37] As shown in Figure 4, the electric cable 85 connected through the connector C is separated from the film heater 20 in the side of the cloth part 10, and the needed parts are washed, and the products can be used again. Since the film heater 20 is detachably connected, it is easy to wash the product.
[38] In the present invention, since it is possible to make a user's neck warm using a heating effect of the film heater 20 installed in the cloth part 10, the whole parts of a user's body can be effectively heated. So, it is easy to move and carry the product of the present invention in winter.
[39] In the film heater 20 stored in the cloth part 10, the electrodes are attached to the heater formed of a woven raw material having flexibility using a carbon adhesive, and it is dyed using a dying liquid for thereby obtaining a waterproof and moisture resistance function. The product of the present invention is not damaged by means of a stress which might occur due to a transformation as it is repeatedly folded or unfolded or is pulled. Even when the product is washed with water, it is safe and reused. Industrial Applicability
[40] In the present invention, it is possible to make a whole body worm by heating a user's neck using a heating effect of a film heater, and a desired heating effect can be obtained with a thinner structure. In winter, it is easy to carry and wear with the helps of a light and thin structure.
[41] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
