Description

Description
SYSTEM FOR SECURITY OF INDIVIDUAL HOUSE-HOLD IN
PUBLIC DWELLING
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a security system for an individual household in a public dwelling, and in particular, to an individual household security system which can share a telecommunication line to efficiently use the telecommunication line, thereby minimizing additional expenses involved in its installation, management and maintenance. Background Art
[2] With a recent housing life pattern toward a nuclear family and a single-person household and various economical and cultural factors, a housing type of a public dwelling such as an apartment or an officetel (a high-rise condominium bachelor pad) rather than a housing type of a detached house spreads increasingly at fast speed in a modern society.
[3] The public dwelling where a plurality of households live in a physically equal or adjacent building, for example an apartment, a row house or an officetel, generally has a lobby phone for regulation or control of access at a public entrance or a lobby.
[4] Controlling the public entrance by the lobby phone is a primary security method for the public dwelling, and to supplement the primary security method, each household of the public dwelling may additionally install a security system for prevention of intrusion through contract with a specific private security company.
[5] According to such a secondary security system, a sensor for sensing the movement is installed in at least one location of the household, and in the case that danger is sensed by the sensor, the sensed data is transmitted to a server of a corresponding private security company and a subsequent security action is taken based on the sensed data.
[6] In the secondary security system, generally the sensed data is transmitted to the server using an exclusive Internet network or telephone line, and in the case that the data is transmitted using the telephone line, a billing problem occurs, and in the case that the data is transmitted using the Internet network, an installation operation for the Internet network should be additionally performed.
[7] And, since the secondary security system is installed in each household, as the number of households increases, installation of the same security system may coincide, and besides, in the case that a household is going to additionally install other kind of security system than the above-mentioned security system for prevention of intrusion, for example a heat sensing system, an insect preventing system, a gas leakage sensing system, or a movement sensing system, in particular, for an independent old generation, a system to be added should be installed independently from the existing security system, which involves a problem of complicated and overlapping expenses.
[8] That is, in a broad sense, security or safety does not simply mean prevention of intrusion, but avoidance from various causes of danger such as gas leakage, shocks or fire, and various security services are provided by different private security companies, and thus, each cause of danger is handled by a corresponding security company, which results in a considerable financial burden, and therefore, it requires a system for operating various security sensors integrally. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[9] The present invention is designed by the above-mentioned necessity, and therefore an object of the present invention is to provide a security system for an individual household in a public dwelling, which can operate various kinds of security sensors effectively and integrally, and share an existing telecommunication line efficiently, thereby minimizing additional installation.
[10] These and other features, aspects, and advantages of the present invention will be more fully described in the following detailed description, and be understood by preferred embodiments of the present invention. And, these and other features, aspects, and advantages of the present invention will be realized by configuration or combination of configuration recited in the claims. Technical Solution
[11] In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects, a security system for an individual household in a public dwelling comprises a household security module connected in parallel with a wired line of a household phone installed in an individual household of a public dwelling and configured to output a security data including a sensing data input from at least one security sensor; and a switching module for storing the security data input from the household security module, judging if the security data is a data informing a dangerous state, and in the case that the security is a data informing a dangerous state, generating and transmitting a dangerous state data, and may further comprise a lobby phone module for, in the case that the dangerous state data is input from the switching module, outputting an alarm message to a display means or a voice output means and transmitting the dangerous state data to a server.
[12] And, preferably, the security data is a DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) security data in which a first identification code for identifying each household, a second identification code for identifying each sensor and the sensing data are associated with each other.
[13] Preferably, the switching module includes a relay unit for switching to connect a telecommunication line between the household security module and a telephone line and an intercommunication line between the household security module and the lobby phone module; a control unit for, in the case that the security data is input from the household security module connected in parallel with the household phone, controlling the relay unit such that the intercommunication line for input of the security data is connected; an analysis judging unit for, in the case that the input DTMF security data is judged as a data informing a dangerous state, generating a dangerous state data; and a transmitting unit for transmitting the dangerous state data to the lobby phone module using the connected intercommunication line.
[14] The household security module is connected in parallel with the household phone, and connects at least one security sensor in parallel, receives a discrimination data, i.e. an original function of the security sensor using an input terminal that is independent according to the security sensor, converts the discrimination data to a DTMF security data and transmits a state value to the switching module, and preferably the household security module transmits the DTMF security data periodically regardless of call state, for example an external call or an internal call.
[15] And, more preferably, in the case that the analysis judging unit generates the dangerous state data, the control unit of the switching module is configured to search telephone numbers stored in a database, generate an automatic call to a resident of a household or a security company corresponding to the dangerous state data and transmit an alert voice corresponding to the dangerous state.
[16] Meanwhile, in the household security module, the operation of the security sensor may be controlled by a security setting signal or a security release signal input from a user, and for this purpose, the lobby phone module is preferably configured to transmit, to the household security module, the security setting signal or the security release signal input from the user.
[17] To incorporate more preferred embodiment, preferably, in the case that the DTMF security data is not input from the household security module at a predetermined cjcle, the analysis judging unit of the switching module is configured to judge the case as a dangerous state and generate a dangerous state data, and additionally, to incorporate an extended security system, more preferably the analysis judging unit of the switching module is configured such that some sensor transmits signals at a predetermined cjcle even under a security release signal.
[18] The relay unit of the switching module of the present invention is configured to operate an existing telecommunication line efficiently and includes a first sub-relay unit and a second sub-relay unit, and the first sub-relay unit has a first terminal connected with the household security module, a second terminal connected with the lobby phone module, a third terminal connected with the second sub-relay unit, and a first switch switched to connect the first terminal with the second terminal or the third terminal, a second sub-relay unit has a fourth terminal connected with the telephone line, a fifth terminal connected with the control unit, a sixth terminal connected with the first sub-relay unit, and a second switch switched to connect the fourth terminal to the fifth terminal or the sixth terminal, in the case that a control signal for connection of the telecommunication line is input from the control unit, the first switch is switched to connect the first terminal with the third terminal and the second switch is switched to connect the fourth terminal with the sixth terminal, and in the case that a control signal for connection of the intercommunication line is input from the control unit, the first switch is switched to connect the first terminal with the second terminal and the second switch is switched to connect the fourth terminal with the fifth terminal.
[19] And, each of the first terminal to the sixth terminal has two contact points, and the first and second switches connect the terminals by switching in a way that two contact points of one terminal are each connected with two contact points by other terminal by conductors provided on both sides of each switch. [29] The household security module 100 is connected in parallel with the household phone 500, and a switching device such as a DIP (Dual In-line Package) switch may be additionally provided to easily switch the household security module 100 and the household phone 500, and preferably the household security module 100 is configured to operate independently all the time regardless of use of the household phone 500. As described above, a security sensor 110 is installed at various locations in the household, for example a window or an entrance, for prevention of intrusion, and the security sensor 110 may be made of magnet, for example a vibration sensor made of magnet may be installed at a window to sense the vibration of the window in the case of an external intrusion.
[30] And, a sensor may be installed for sensing the concentration of carbon dioxide or harmful gas in the air in the household to check a cause of danger such as gas leakage, and various kinds of sensors may be installed to meet the demand of the household, for example, a movement sensing sensor, a heat sensing sensor or an R (Infrared) proximity sensor.
[31] Various security states are monitored, managed and disposed by different security companies, and data is not integrally transmitted to external servers, and thus, a communication line installation operation should be performed each corresponding security system.
[32] However, the security system of the present invention is configured to use an existing telecommunication line as a transmission channel, and thus, when a new security system having a new sensor is installed, the new sensor is connected with the household security module 100 of the present invention by wire or wireless, thereby omitting additional installation for a transmission channel.
[33] Preferably, the security data transmitted by the household security module 100 is a
DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) security data in which a first identification code for identifying a household, a second identification code for identifying a sensor and the sensing data are associated with each other.
[34] A concrete example of the security data is described through the following Table 1 as follows.
[35] Table 1
[Table 1] [Table ]
Figure imgf000008_0001
[36] The above Table 1 shows eight security data, and each security data includes a second sensor identification code to be associated with a first household identification code and a sensing data generated in the case of danger. When the household security module 100 is connected with the switching module 200, the first household identification code may be automatically set to the security data by address division, so that the security data can identify a household security module with the first household identification code added thereto, however preferably the security data is set to identify a household security module without a separate household identification code.
[37] In the above Table 1, the second column to the left has the kind of sensor, the third column has the second sensor identification code as a unique identification code of a sensor, for identifying kind or installation location of a sensor, and the fourth column has a sensing data when a danger signal is generated. If sensors listed in the Table 1 are all installed in the same household, the switching module 200 sets automatically a value of an identification code for identifying a household, so that a first household identification code is generated to identify a household, and in a security state, the household security module 100 receives a second sensor identification code to ascertain the security state, and in a dangerous state, the household security module 100 receives a sensing data in which an ON/OFF value is added to the second sensor identification code, converts the sensing data to a DTMF signal and transmits the converted DTMF signal to the switching module 200, and the switching module 200 associates a sensing data value with the first household identification code to generate a security data.
[38] The generation conditions of the sensing data may be determined by various factors such as application type, properties of a sensor, specification of an internal sensor or a sensor operation environment, and the sensing data itself may be transmitted, or a sensing value is compared with a standard range preset by a user, in the case that the sensing value is not within the standard range, the sensing data may be transmitted, and each of the security data listed in the Table 1 may be converted to a suitable digital signal such as binary, octal or hexadecimal and the converted digital signal may be transmitted, and the security data may be generated into a DTMF signal.
[39] The DTMF signal is a signal corresponding to a multi-frequency code, and a multi- frequency signal is applied to a corresponding telephone number and interpreted to be converted to a digital signal, and the DTMF signal uses a telecommunication line as a transmission channel, and thus preferably, the security data is generated as a digital signal converted by the DTMF signal. Accordingly, signal transmission can be made using a separate frequency band even when the household is busy or ringing, and thus data transmission can be made regardless of call state.
[40] Preferably, for integrated management of the security data, the switching module 200 of the present invention is configured to receive the security data from the household security module 100, compare the security data with a standard value, and in the case that it is judged as a dangerous state, perform a subsequent process.
[41] That is, preferably, the switching module 200 is configured to store the security data input from the household security module 100, judge if the security data is a data informing a dangerous state, and in the case that the security data is a data informing a dangerous state, generate and transmit a dangerous state data, and the dangerous state data generated by the switching module 200 may be transmitted to the lobby phone module 300 or the server 400 of a corresponding security company connected on a wired or wireless Internet.
[42] When the switching module 200 receives the sensing data of the security data input from the household security module 100, analyzes the sensing data and judges that the sensing data is not within the standard range preset by a user or that the sensing data corresponds to a data informing a dangerous state, the switching module 200 associates the received sensing data value with the first household identification code, receives the second sensor identification code and a data value preset corresponding to a dangerous state, and generates a predetermined digital signal.
[43] Preferably, when the dangerous state data is input from the switching module 200, the lobby phone module 300 outputs a visual or auditory alarm message to a display means such LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) or a voice output means such as a speaker, and transmits the dangerous state data to the server 400.
[44] Hereinafter, a configuration of the switching module 200 of the present invention is described in detail with reference to FD. 2 that is a block diagram illustrating a whole configuration of the switching module 200 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[45] Referring to FD. 2, the switching module 200 of the present invention includes a relay unit 210, a control unit 220, an analysis judging unit 230, a transmitting unit 240, a DB unit 250 and a telecommunication line sensing unit 260.
[46] First, the relay unit 210 switches to connect a telecommunication line between the household security module 100 or the household phone 500 and a telephone line 600 and an intercommunication line between the household security module 100 and the lobby phone module 300.
[47] The control unit 220 corresponds to a microprocessor and controls the operation of the relay unit 210, and in the case that the security data is input from the household security module 100 connected in parallel with the household phone 500, the control unit 220 controls the relay unit 210 such that the intercommunication line for input/ output of the security data is connected.
[48] When the analysis judging unit 230 judges that the DTMF security data input from the household security module 100 is a data informing a dangerous state, the analysis judging unit 230 generates a dangerous state data, and the transmitting unit 240 transmits the dangerous state data to the lobby phone module 300 through the intercommunication line connected by the switching operation of the relay unit 210 under control of the control unit 220.
[49] According to the above-mentioned relay configuration of the switching module 200, the security system for an individual household in a public dwelling of the present invention can transmit the security data received from the household security module 100 using the existing telecommunication line while maintaining an external call. [50] And, to remove the dangerous state quickly, when the analysis judging unit 230 generates the dangerous state data, the control unit 220 searches telephone numbers stored in the DB unit 250 and generates an automatic call to a resident of the household or a security company corresponding to the dangerous state data, preferably transmits an alert voice corresponding to the dangerous state, and the control unit 220 may be connected with an SMS communication server so that SMS (Short Message Service) corresponding to the dangerous state is transmitted to a corresponding mobile communication terminal.
[51] Preferably, to recognize removal or damage of the security sensor by an external intruder, in the case that the DTMF security data is not input from the household security module 100 at a predetermined cycle, the analysis judging unit 230 judges the case as a dangerous state and generates a dangerous state data informing that a DTMF security data has not been input.
[52] Meanwhile, the household security module 100 may be configured to control the operation of the security system by a security setting signal or a security release signal input from a user, and thus, in the case that the user does not want security, the household security module 100 may change a mode of the security sensor to a sleep mode, and in order that the operation of the security system is controlled by a security setting signal or a security release signal of a user input from the lobby phone module 300, the input signal may be transmitted to the household security module 100.
[53] The telecommunication line sensing unit 260 is configured to sense the current state of the telecommunication line, and determine by the sensed current state whether the intercommunication line is connected or not, through which the security data or the dangerous state data is transmitted, starting from the household security module 100 to the lobby phone module 300 via the switching module 200.
[54] The above-mentioned configuration allows a mutual harmony between a wired call made from the outside to the household and the operation of the security system in the household.
[55] Hereinafter, a mechanism of the relay operation is described in detail with reference to FDs. 3 and 4.
[56] Referring to FDs. 3 and 4, the relay unit 210 of the present invention includes a first sub-relay unit (210-1) and a second sub-relay unit (210-2), and the first sub-relay unit (210-1) has a first terminal 10 connected with the household security module 100, a second terminal 20 connected with the lobby phone module 300, a third terminal 30 connected with the second sub-relay unit (210-2), and a first switch 70 for switching to connect the first terminal 10 with the second terminal 20 or the third terminal 30.
[57] The second sub-relay unit (210-2) has a structure corresponding to that of the first sub-relay unit (210-1), and has a fourth terminal 40 connected with a telephone line 600, a fifth terminal 50 connected with the control unit 220, a sixth terminal 60 connected with the first sub-relay unit (210-1), and a second switch 80 for switching to connect the fourth terminal 40 with the fifth terminal 50 or the sixth terminal 60.
[58] Connection of the fifth terminal 50 with the control unit 220 means a connection for operation involved in notice message output, but not all connections for the whole control of the relay unit 210 by the control unit 220.
[59] As shown in FD. 3, according to a mechanism of the relay unit 210 for connection of the telecommunication line, a control signal for connection of the telecommunication line is input from the control unit 220, and the first switch 70 is switched to connect the first terminal 10 with the third terminal 30 and the second switch 80 is switched bias in the left direction to connect the fourth terminal 40 with the sixth terminal 60.
[60] By the above-mentioned switching operation, the telecommunication line is connected to form a closed circuit with the household security module 100 via the telephone line 600, the fourth terminal 40, the sixth terminal 60, the third terminal 30 and the first terminal 10.
[61] And, as shown in FD. 4, according to a mechanism of the relay unit 210 for connection of the intercommunication line, a control signal for connection of the intercommunication line is input from the control unit 220, and the first switch 70 is switched to connect the first terminal 10 with the second terminal 20 and the second switch 80 is switched bias in the right direction to connect the fourth terminal 40 with the fifth terminal 50.
[62] By the above-mentioned switching operation, the intercommunication line is connected to form a closed circuit with the household security module 100 via the lobby phone module 300, the second terminal 20 and the first terminal 10, and when the intercommunication line is connected, preferably the control unit 220 connected with the telephone line 600 by the second switch 80 outputs a message data to the telephone line 600 through the intercommunication line.
[63] To incorporate the above-mentioned configuration more concretely, each of the first terminal 10 to the sixth terminal 60 has two contact points, and the first switch 70 and the second switch 80 connect the terminals by switching in a way that two contact points of one terminal are each connected with two contact points of the other terminal by conductors provided at both sides of each of the first switch 70 and the second switch 80.
[64] It should be understood that, in describing the present invention, components of the security system for an individual household in a public dwelling according to the present invention are divided based on a logical concept, not a physical concept.
