Abstract

　本発明の目的は、生体組織に柔軟性の高く、生体組織に親和性の高いゼラチンを主成分とする体内埋め込み用の医療用組成物を提供することである。本発明によれば、構成する全アミノ酸における極性アミノ酸の割合が３０％から６０％であり、極性アミノ酸中の無電荷アミノ酸の割合が７０％以上である遺伝子組み換えゼラチンを含む、体内埋め込み用の医療用組成物が提供される。
