Abstract
An apparatus and method for acquiring un-blurred image data through LED control are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a vertical synchronizing signal controller for controlling a vertical synchronizing signal related to a frame; a horizontal synchronizing signal controller for controlling a horizontal synchronizing signal related to at least one pixel line included in the frame, and controlling an exposure time of the horizontal synchronizing signal for the pixel line; an LED controller for detecting a common exposure time of a horizontal synchronizing signal for all pixel lines in an available section of the vertical synchronizing signal, and controlling an LED to be turned on during the entirety or a part of the detected common exposure time; an image data acquisition controller for performing a control operation so that image data can be acquired after the driving of the LED has been finished; and an image sensor for acquiring the image data.
