Abstract

[PROBLEMS] A multifunctional fibrous structure is provided which has a high degree of deodorant properties including a high deodorization rate and high deodorization capacity and has antibacterial, antistatic, and water-absorbing properties. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] On the surface of a single fiber is formed a resin coating film which includes a polyalkylene oxide segment as a terminal segment at each or either end of the main chain or as a side chain attached to the main chain and further includes monomer units derived from a polymerizable monomer having at least two acryloyl and/or methacryloyl groups (monomer (A)) and/or a polymerizable monomer containing a triazine ring (monomer (B)). The coating film contains a compound having an acid group and/or particles of an aluminosilicate.
