Abstract
ポンプ室の内部の圧力をアクチュエータで変化させて液体を送出するマイクロポンプを有し、該マイクロポンプから液体をマイクロチップに注入し、試薬と検体とを反応させて反応結果を測定する検査装置において、液体が流れる流路の流量に応じて信号を出力する流量測定手段と、信号の値と基準信号値とを比較し判定する流量判定手段と、マイクロポンプを駆動するポンプ駆動手段と、駆動手段を制御するポンプ駆動制御手段と、を有し、ポンプ駆動制御手段は、流量判定手段の判定結果に基づいてポンプ駆動手段を制御することを特徴とする検査装置。
