Abstract
A plasma display device comprises a plasma display panel (10) in which one display line is constituted by a pair of display electrodes constituted by two display electrodes and the pair of display electrodes of an even display line and the pair of display electrodes of an odd display line are arranged alternately and driving circuits (20, 30) for supplying voltage to the display electrode in order to perform display based on the same display data using one even display line and one odd display line vertically adjacent to each other of the plasma display panel as one group. The plasma display device is characterized in that the driving circuit supplies voltage to the pair of display electrodes so as to make the discharge voltage of the pair of display electrodes of the even display line constituting the one group and the discharge voltage of the pair of display electrodes of the odd display line constituting the one group different from each other.
