Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif électronique dans lequel un dispositif à semi-conducteur est monté sur billes, sur grille ou en réseau sur un substrat de montage, le dispositif à semi-conducteur ayant un substrat de boîtier, le substrat de montage dans lequel le dispositif à semi-conducteurs est monté sur billes, sur grille ou en réseau et une entretoise maintenant la hauteur du dispositif à semi-conducteur depuis le substrat de montage à une hauteur prescrite. Le dispositif est également doté d'une structure dans laquelle une saillie formée dans l'entretoise est insérée dans un trou d'installation formé dans le substrat de montage et est temporairement collée par un matériau de collage.
