Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Maischgefäß, das umfasst:ein Gehäuse mit einer Mittelachse, wobei das Gehäuse ein Bodenteil aufweist und ein Rührwerk mit mindestens einem Rührflügel. Um eine verbesserte Rührwirkung der Maische zu erzielen, ist das Rührwerk exzentrisch in dem Gehäuse angeordnet, wobei die Rührwerksachse und die Mittelachse im Gehäuse beabstandet sind.
