传统的通信设备容量控制是靠硬件来实现的,运营商通过购买不同数量的 机框和单板可以得到相应的容量。 不过,运营商可能希望花更少的投资来运行 一个规模较小的局, 而用软件的方法通常可以提供更加灵活的容量控制策略, 并且这种靠软件的控制方法还可以扩展到一些特殊的功能上 ,因此可以节约用 户投资, 能灵活地满足不同用户的需求。 例如, LICENCE可以通过授权对产 品服务容量, 软件可选功能进行控制。 目前在单用户下, 通过从设备商处申请 LICENSE文件, 并下发到交换节点处, 从而激活 LICENSE文件, 来实现对交 换节点的资源进行管理。
但是目前在接入网络中, 由于用户在物理接入位置分布上不均匀, 且通信 网络建立的特点决定了用户前期投资很大,但可能仅有很少一部分终端用户入 网。基于上述原因, 为了分摊成本, 多运营商共享接入或交换设备的建网思路 应运而生, 所谓多运营商共享,是指同一个设备同时支持注册在不同运营商下 的用户接入, 交换节点资源引入多用户共享的机制。
参照图 1 , 为现有技术中一种多运营商共享交换节点的 LICENSE实现原 理示意图, LICENSE服务器 11预先为运营商 A和 B分别分配独立的 LICENSE 文件 A和 B, 数据管理中心 12利用 LICENSE服务器提供的目标代码分别对 LICENSE文件 A和 B进行解密、 校验。 激活 LICENSE过程中, 数据管理中 心调用 LICENSE服务器提供的解密模块, 在内存中存储, 并将 LICENSE文 件 A和 B分发到交换节点 13。
发明人发现,由于需要交换节点设备发出多份 LICENSE文件如 LICENSE 文件 A和 B, 因此现有技术不符合一个交换节点设备只发出一份 LICENSE文 件的商务策略。 发明内容

发明人通过分析, 发现图 1所示方案虽然符合系统 LICENSE安全控制机 制, 但是, 为了实现多用户共享, LICENSE服务器在分发 LICENSE文件时, 需要发出多份分别带有运营商特有属性的 LICENSE文件, 因此, 由于多运营 商共享, LICENSE服务器需要对 LICENSE文件做一些特殊处理, 比如, 需要 多份 LICENSE文件的设备序列号 (ESN, Equipment Serial Number)相等, 因此 不符合 LICENSE服务器独立性原则。 同时, 由于每台 LICENSE服务器设备 只可能出售给一个运营商, 所以一般情况下一个 LICENSE服务器设备仅发出 一份 LICENSE文件 ,而该方案需要 LICENSE服务器发出多份 LICENSE文件, 而该多份 LICENSE文件经数据管理中心到达交换节点设备后, 同样需要交换 节点设备发出多份 LICENSE文件, 因此不符合一个交换节点设备只发出一份 LICENSE文件的商务策略。 由于存在以上问题, 图 1所示方案很难在实际中 推广应用。

该通信系统的运行原理如下:

数据管理中心设备将接收到的公共 LICENSE文件根据运营商共享策略的 不同, 拆分得到各运营商独立的 LICENSE信息, 对 LICENSE信息进行配置, 并将配置好的 LICENSE信息分发到各交换节点设备, 从而可以使用相应的交 换节点设备。
共享策略可以是: 将各个共享的运营商分为主运营商和附运营商,根据共 享策略的不同, 不同的运营商有不同的权限, 配置不同的功能和资源。 通常情 况下, 购买 LICENSE服务器设备的运营商作为主运营商, 其他共享的运营商 作为附运营商。 通常, 可以由主运营商负责对 LICENSE信息的配置、 维护和 管理, 当然, 也可以交由主附运营商共同指定的第三方处理, 其他共享交换节 点资源的附运营商可以根据与主运营商达成的共享策略享有相应的权限,得到 相应的设备容量和所需要的功能。
各运营商对应的 LICENSE信息激活后, 就可以享有相应的设备容量和功 综上可以看出, 该通信系统可以通过一份公共的 LICENSE文件实现多个 运营商共享交换节点, 由于只需一份公共的 LICENSE文件, LICENSE服务 器不需要对 LICENSE文件进行特殊的处理,直接下发即可,所以符合 LICENSE 服务器独立性的原则; 同时, 由于不需要向设备商申请多个 LICENSE文件, 符合一个设备只发出一份 LICENSE文件的商务策略。
而且,由主运营商 ^居与附运营商的达成的共享策略对主附运营商申请的 总的 LICENSE信息在数据管理中心设备进行二次配置与分发, 可以根据每个 设备的不同作灵活处理。 并且,该方案仅需要修改通信系统中数据管理中心设 备, 而数据管理中心设备与数量很多的交换节点设备之间的接口保持不变, 因 此, 可以降低影响范围及实现成本; 本发明实施例中 LICENSE文件的格式可 以与不支持运营商共享的 LICENSE文件格式完全一致, 以方便 LICENSE文 件的管理和维护。
综上,该通信系统能够实现多运营商共享交换节点设备, 同时不需要对现 有网络系统进行大的改造即可实现, 利于与现有通信系统兼容, 因此, 可以节 约实现成本。同时该通信系统能够满足运营商不同的共享角色,利于推广应用。
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解和实现本发明实施例, 以下参照附图,对 本发明实施例中数据管理中心设备进行详细说明。
参照图 3 , 为本发明实施例中数据管理中心设备结构示意图, 该数据管理 中心设备包括: 文件接收单元 31、 信息拆分单元 32、 信息配置单元 33、 信息 分发单元 34, 其中:
文件接收单元 31 , 用于接收公共 LICENSE文件;
信息拆分单元 32, 用于将文件接收单元 31接收到的公共 LICENSE文件 根据运营商共享策略的不同拆分成各运营商对应的 LICENSE信息;
信息配置单元 33,用于在公共 LICENSE文件允许的范围内配置所述各运 营商对应的 LICENSE信息;
信息分发单元 34, 用于将信息配置单元 33配置的 LICENSE信息分发给 各运营商对应的交换节点。
其中,运营商可分为主运营商和附运营商,才 据共享策略的不同有不同的 权限,配置不同的功能和资源。通常情况下,购买设备的运营商作为主运营商, 其他共享的运营商作为附运营商。 通常, 可以由主运营商负责对 LICENSE信 息的配置、维护和管理, 当然,也可以交由主附运营商共同指定的第三方处理, 其他共享交换节点资源的附运营商可以^^据与主运营商达成的共享策略享有 相应的权限, 得到相应的设备容量和所需要的功能。
请继续参见图 3, 在具体应用中, 信息配置单元 33可以包括受控功能配 置单元 331和资源数配置单元 332, 其中:
受控功能配置单元 331 , 可以 据主附运营商共享策略的不同配置各运营 商享有的受控功能;
而资源数配置单元 332, 可以根据主附运营商共享策略的不同配置各运营 商应分配的资源数。
不难明白, 图 3给出的只是一个示例, 对信息配置单元 33来说, 可以包 括受控功能配置单元 331和资源数配置单元 332中的任意一个。
可以理解的是, 所述的信息配置单元 33还可以根据实际应用的需要设置 相应的功能单元, 实现对运营商共享的交换节点资源的更好地配置、管理和维 护。
由数据管理中心设备将配置好的 LICENSE信息分发给对应的交换节点, 根据共享策略达成一致的运营商即可按照共享策略共享相应的交换节点设备 上的资源。
当需要共享交换节点上的资源时,由于该设备仅需要一份 LICENSE文件, 设备商不需要根据运营商的数量发出多份 LICENSE文件, 因此, 不需要对多 份 LICENSE文件做特殊的处理, 符合 LICENSE服务器独立性的原则。 同时, 不但避免了每个运营商共享相应的交换节点设备资源时多次申请 LICENSE文 件, 而且可以根据运营商共享策略的不同灵活地配置 LICENSE信息, 满足各 个运营商对交换节点设备资源的差异化需要,能够更好地适应一个交换节点设 备只发出一份 LICENSE文件的商务策略, 以及各个运营商共享角色的不同。
另夕卜,该数据管理中心设备与多个交换节点设备的接口无须改变, 因此可 以降低对网络的影响范围, 并可节约实现成本。
为了更好地与不支持运营商共享的数据管理中心设备进行兼容, 在 LICENSE 文件中增加功能属性选项, 用以指示是否支持多运营商共享。 还可 以设置更友好地交互界面, 管理人员通过该交互界面灵活配置各运营商的 LICENSE信息。 从而有助于运营商根据共享角色、 以及每个设备资源的不同 进行灵活的处理。
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解和实现本发明实施例,以下从本发明实施 例的另一个方面, 共享交换节点的 LICENSE实现方法进行伴细描述。
参照图 4, 为本发明实施例中共享交换节点的 LICENSE实现方法较佳实 施例流程图 , 以下通过具体步骤进行伴细说明:
步骤 41、 接收公共 LICENSE文件;
在具体实现中, 可以由数据管理中心接收 LICENSE服务器下发的公共
LICENSE文件, 并对接收到的 LICENSE文件进行维护和管理;
公共 LICENSE文件携带有激活和管理交换节点的 LICENSE信息, 包括 唯一识别该 LICENSE文件的 ID如序列号等、 用于控制相应功能的功能开关 以及 LICENSE文件创建时间和使用期限等相关信息;
所有的运营商只需要一份公共的 LICENSE文件, 因此可以避免向设备商 多次申请 LICENSE文件。
步骤 42、根据运营商共享策略的不同将接收到的公共 LICENSE文件拆分 成各运营商对应的 LICENSE信息;
例如,有 A、 B两个运营商共享交换节点设备,其中, A是购买该 LICENSE 服务器设备的运营商, 则通常情况下, 共享策略可以是: A作为主运营商, 而 B作为附运营商, A、 B可以根据预先达成的共享策略享有相应的权限, 配置 相应的功能和资源,并且,主运营商可负责整个 LICENSE文件的管理和维护, 当然, 也可以由主附运营商共同指定的第三方负责 LICENSE文件的管理和维 护。
在数据管理中心, 可以^ ^据 A、 B运营商预先达成的共享策略, 将公共
LICENSE文件拆分成 A、B对应的 LICENSE信息 , LICENSE信息可以包含 A、 B运营商标识等, 例如, 可以将公共 LICENSE文件拆分成 A、 B运营商对应 的如 LICENSE-A信息和 LICENSE-B信息 , 在 LICENSE-A信息中包含 A运 营商标识的信息, 在 LICENSE-B信息中包含 B运营商标识的信息; 根据不同 运营商的标识来打开或关闭公共 LICENSE文件中相应的功能开关, 配置各运 营商根据共享策略应该配置的资源等。
当然, 各运营商所配置的资源小于等于公共 LICENSE文件所分配的总资 源量。
步骤 43、 在公共 LICENSE 文件允许的范围内配置各运营商对应的
LICENSE信息;
例如, 可以根据共享策略, 打开或关闭相应的功能开关, 配置各个运营商 的受控功能以及允许功能, 和 /或, 各个运营商允许共享的资源数。
步骤 44、 将配置的 LICENSE信息分发给各运营商对应的交换节点。
例如, 将前述 LICENSE-A信息发送给运营商 A所对应的交换节点, 将
LICENSE-B信息发送给运营商 B所对应的交换节点。
在分发 LICENSE信息时, 可以根据 ESN来识别各个交换节点。
运营商对应的 LICENSE信息在数据管理中心配置并分发到相应的交换节 点, LICENSE信息被成功激活后, 该运营商即可享有相应交换节点上的资源。
可见, 当需要共享交换节点时, 由于该方法仅需要一份公共的 LICENSE 文件, 而不需要根据运营商的数量发出多份 LICENSE文件, 因此, 不需要对 多份 LICENSE文件做特殊的处理, 符合 LICENSE服务器独立性的原则。 同 时, 可以根据主附运营商共享策略的不同灵活地配置 LICENSE信息, 满足各 个运营商对交换节点设备上的资源的差异化需要, 能够更好地适应一个 LICENSE服务器设备只申请一份 LICENSE文件的商务策略,以及各个运营商 共享角色的不同。
此外,该数据管理中心设备与多个交换节点设备的接口无须改变, 因此可 以降低对网络的影响范围, 并可节约实现成本。
为了更好地与不支持运营商共享的数据管理中心设备进行兼容,还可以在 LICENSE文件中增加功能属性选项, 用以指示是否支持多运营商共享。
而通过在数据管理中心设置更友好地交互界面 ,管理人员可以灵活地配置 各运营商的 LICENSE信息。 从而有助于运营商根据共享角色、 以及每个设备 资源的不同进行灵活的处理。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可 读存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括如下步骤:
根据运营商共享策略的不同将接收到的公共 LICENSE文件拆分成所述运 营商对应的 LICENSE信息;
在公共 LICENSE文件允许的范围内配置所述运营商对应的 LICENSE信 将配置的 LICENSE信息分发给所述运营商对应的交换节点。
本发明实施例提供了共享交换节点的 LICENCE实现方法、 设备和系统, 能够满足 LICENSE服务器的独立性要求以及一个交换节点设备仅发出一份 LICENSE文件的商务策略。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。

权 利 要 求
1. 一种共享交换节点的许可实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
根据运营商共享策略将接收到的公共许可文件拆分成与所述运营商对应 的许可信息;
在公共许可文件允许的范围内配置所述运营商对应的许可信息;
将所述配置的许可信息分发给所述运营商对应的交换节点。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的共享交换节点的许可实现方法, 其特征在于, 配 置所述运营商对应的许可信息具体为:
配置公共许可文件中所述运营商对应的受控功能和 /或资源数。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的共享交换节点的许可实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述共享交换节点的许可实现方法是由所述运营商中的一个运营商或所述运 营商共同指定的第三方执行的。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的共享交换节点的许可实现方法, 其特征在于, 所 述公共许可文件中还携带有是否支持多运营商共享的指示。
5. 一种数据管理中心设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
文件接收单元, 用于接收公共许可文件;
信息拆分单元,用于将所述信息拆分单元接收到的公共许可文件根据运营 商共享策略拆分成所述运营商对应的许可信息;
信息配置单元,用于在所述公共许可文件允许的范围内配置所述运营商对 应的许可信息;
信息分发单元,用于将所述信息配置单元配置的许可信息分发给所述运营 商对应的交换节点。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的数据管理中心设备, 其特征在于, 所述的信息配 置单元包括:
受控功能配置单元, ^^据运营商共享策略配置所述运营商对应的受控功 能; 和 /或
资源数配置单元, 根据运营商共享策略配置所述运营商应分配的资源数。
7.一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 5至 6中任意一项所述 的数据管理中心设备。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 还包括
许可服务器, 用于下发公共许可文件给所述数据管理中心设备; 交换节点设备, 用于接收所述数据管理中心设备分发的对应的许可信息。
