Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'aspiration d'un produit liquide contenu dans une bouteille (2) au moyen d'une seringue (3). La seringue comprend une aiguille (9) définie par une canule d'aspiration (12) ajustée sur un élément de contact (10) comportant au moins un canal d'évacuation d'air (11), permettant la perforation d'une membrane (5) assurant la fermeture de la bouteille (2). Ce procédé consiste à maintenir la bouteille (2) et la seringue (3) inclinées par rapport à un sens de référence vertical (14) et à aspirer du produit liquide en respectant au moins trois étapes d'aspiration distinctes lors desquelles le canal d'évacuation d'air (11) est déplacé, respectivement, à l'extérieur, à l'intérieur et à nouveau à l'extérieur de la bouteille (2).
