Bei einer Vorrichtung zum Messen von Parametern, insbesondere Dehnungen, Temperaturen, Konzentration und Zusammensetzung von Gasen, magnetischen oder elektrischen Feldern mit einem Strukturelement (1), soll das Strukturelement (1) im wesentlichen aus Kunststoff gebildet sein und zumindest teilweise als Sensorstruktur (9) ausgebildet sein.
