Abstract

There is provided a reconnection method by which a mobile terminal moves from an area under control of a first base station to an area under control of a second base station and the second base station that is a reconnection destination acquires context information of the mobile terminal. The method comprises: a step (S14) in which the mobile terminal notifies ID information including a user ID; a step in which, according to the ID information, the second base station notifies the first base station of the ID information; a step in which, according to the ID information, the first base station transmits the context information of the mobile terminal to the second base station; and steps (S22 to S24) in which the second base station notifies a base station control device of the ID information to acquire the context information corresponding to the mobile terminal. When the first base station is not specified, the steps for acquiring the context information are executed.
