Abstract

Dispositif de tri de crevettes comprenant un tapis de transport (10) destiné à transporter lesdites crevettes (11), ce tapis se déplaçant suivant une direction de transport (D). Dans des plans perpendiculaires à la direction de transport (D) et dans le sens de déplacement (S) du tapis, le tapis (10) est incliné progressivement par rapport à l'horizontale (H), de sorte qu'une partie au moins des crevettes (11) glissent sur le tapis (10) et sortent du tapis par un bord latéral (10b) de celui-ci. Des moyens de récupération (Bl, B2, B3) répartis le long dudit bord latéral (10b), permettent de récupérer séparément les crevettes (11) qui sortent du tapis (10) dans différentes zones du bord latéral (10b) de celui-ci. Procédé de tri de crevettes en fonction de leur texture, utilisant un tel dispositif.
