. 此外, 上述链接为 RSTP链接。 可见,本发明所提供的一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的系 统和方法, 通讯终端在接收广播电视节目信号时, 可以因无法正常接收广播 电视节目信号等原因从广播网络切换到流媒体服务平台, 以获取并播放来自 流媒体月良务平台的具有更高质量的流媒体内容。 这显然可以有效提高播放质 量, 并提高用户满意度。 附图说明 jt匕处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解,构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1为本发明一实施例的实现业务切换的系统图; 图 2为本发明一实施例的实现业务切换的流程图。 具体实施方式 下面结合附图对本发明技术详细描述。 参见图 1 , 图 1为本发明一实施例的实现业务切换的系统图。 图 1中, 通讯终端和流媒体服务平台相连, 通讯终端可以从广播网络接收广播电视节 目。 其中, 通讯终端是能够接受广播电视服务和流媒体服务的用户设备; 流 媒体服务平台能够向通讯终端提供流媒体内容, 该流媒体内容通常包括和所 述广播电视节目内容相对应的流媒体内容。 具体应用时, 业务指南中包含在手机电视业务领域中的频道标识( ID ) 和 /或节目 ID等信息, 还包括所述频道和 /或节目在流媒体业务领域中所对应 的链接 (即 , RTSP链接 )„ 通讯终端根据该业务指南中的频道和 /或节目信息从广播网络接收并播 放广播电视节目。 在接收广播电视节目内容的过程中, 通讯终端有可能会出 现无法正常接收广播电视节目信号的情况, 也有可能接收到由广播电视节目 信号内容切换到流媒体内容的业务切换命令; 在这种情况下, 通讯终端可以 从业务指南中获取接收的频道或节目所对应的在流媒体业务领域中的 RTSP 链接 , 并向此 RTSP链接发送流媒体内容获取请求以从流媒体服务平台获取 流媒体内容。 流媒体服务平台可以进一步对所述通讯终端的订购关系进行鉴权。 由针对图 1的描述可见,通讯终端在接收广播电视节目信号时, 可以因 无法正常接收广播电视节目信号等原因从广播网络切换到流媒体服务平台, 以获取并播放来自流媒体服务平台的具有更高质量的流媒体内容。 这显然可 以有效提高播放质量, 并提高用户满意度。 如果将针对图 1的描述以流程表示, 则如图 2所示。 参见图 2, 图 2为 本发明一实施例的实现业务切换的流程图, 该流程包括以下步驟: 步骤 201 :通讯终端根据业务指南中的频道和 /或节目信息接收广播电视 节目内容。 步骤 202:通讯终端从业务指南中获取接收的频道和 /或节目所对应的在 流媒体业务领域中的链接, 即, 获取 RTSP链接。 步驟 203: 通讯终端向此 RTSP链接发送流媒体内容获取请求以从流媒 体服务平台获取流媒体内容。 在实际应用中, 在接收流媒体内容时, 通讯终端也可以从流媒体服务平 台切换回广播网络, 具体的切换方法可以与上述相应切换方法相同, 区别只 在于切换的方向不同而已。 并且, 所述通讯终端与手机电视业务平台相连, 手机电视业务平台用于为通讯终端提供可下载的业务指南。 由以上所述可见,本发明所提供的一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒 体业务的系统和方法, 通讯终端在接收广播电视节目信号时, 可以因无法正 常接收广播电视节目信号等原因从广播网络切换到流媒体服务平台, 以获取 并播放来自流媒体服务平台的具有更高质量的流媒体内容。 这显然可以有效 提高播^ ^量, 并提高用户满意度。

1. 一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的系统, 其特征在于, 该系 统包括相连的广播网络、 通讯终端、 流媒体服务平台; 其中,
所述通讯终端, 用于 居业务指南中的频道和 /或节目信息从所述 广播网络接收广播电视节目内容; 以及获取接收的频道或节目在流媒体 业务领域中所对应的链接, 向该链接发送流媒体内容获取请求;
所述流媒体服务平台, 用于为所述通讯终端提供流媒体内容。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述通讯终端在无法接收正 常的广播电视节目内容的情况下、 或者所述通讯终端主动发起从所述广 播网络向所述流媒体服务平台的切换的情况下, 获取所述链接。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述流媒体服务平台, 进一 步用于对所述通讯终端的订购关系进行鉴权, 并在婆权未通过的情况下 提示所述终端订购所述链接对应的流媒体内容。
4. 根据权利要求所述 1的系统, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 手机电视业务 平台, 其与所述通讯终端连接, 用于经由所述广播网络提供所述广播电 视节目内容, 以及提供所述业务指南供所述通讯终端下载。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 在所述通讯终 端向所述链接发送所述流媒体内容获取请求后, 所述通讯终端能够切换 回所述广播网络。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 4中所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述链接为 RSTP链 接。
7. 一种广播式手机电视业务切换到流媒体业务的方法, 其特征在于, 该方 法包括:
通讯终端根据业务指南中的频道和 /或节目信息从广播网络接收广 播电视节目内容; 通讯终端获取接收的频道或节目在流媒体业务领域中 所对应链接, 向该链接发送流媒体内容获取请求。
8. 居权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通讯终端在无法接收正 常的广播电视节目内容的情况下、 或者所述通讯终端主动发起从所述广 播网络向所述流媒体服务平台的切换的情况下, 获取所述链接。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在获取所述链接之后, 进一 步包括: 所述流媒体服务平台对所述通讯终端的订购关系进行鉴权, 并 在签权未通过的情况下提示所述终端订购所述链接对应的流媒体内容。
10. 根据权利要求 7至 9中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述链接为 RSTP链 接。
