Abstract
本発明は、臓器再生のための細胞移植に非常に適した多能性細胞であるMOMCを効率よく、大量に作製しうる実用的な方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明者らは、フィブロネクチン上での末梢血単球のインビトロ培養をSDF-1存在下で行うことによって、より効率的にMOMCを作製し得ることを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、本発明は、CD14を発現する末梢血単球をフィブロネクチン上でインビトロ培養することによりMOMCを作製する方法であって、前記のインビトロ培養をSDF-1存在下で行うことを特徴とするMOMCの作製方法である。
