Abstract
A diaphragm for a fluidodynamic rotor and corresponding plants for the generation of energy is disclosed, the energy being drawn both from flows of fluids and of wave motions, wherein the diaphragm consists of a reticular support (1) whereto a film (2) provided with parallel slits is applied, the film being made of a material substantially proof to a working fluid.
