Abstract
The invention relates to a lighting panel comprising a plurality of light sources (12) and a layer (20), said layer (20) comprising a first surface (22), a second surface (24) and a distribution of optical elements (30) extending from the first surface (22) to the second surface (24), wherein - each optical element (30) comprises a first light refractive structure (32) arranged at the first surface (22) of the layer (20) and a second refractive structure (34) arranged at the second surface (24) of the layer (20), - the second refractive structure (34) of each optical element (30) being arranged adjacent to at least one of the light sources (12)
