十五褶型材 技术领域
本发明属于金属空心型材领域, 涉及一种十五褶型材, 尤其适于对低压 配电机柜上所用的十五褶型材。
背景技术
随着低压配电行业的发展, 其在实用、 安全等技术性能方面要求的提高, 对机柜所用型材的性能要求也越来越高, 希望其实现功能化, 又能够提供足 够的机械强度和刚度及防护等级, 正是这种原因, 才使目前机拒的型材巳由 原来的 8MF型材逐渐变为现在大都釆用的九褶型材和十六褶型材。
用九褶型材的柜体在机械强度和防护等级方面虽然也可以满足用户的要 求, 但是其标准化程度不高, 只能前后对称、 左右对称, 柜体的整体重量偏 高, 当侧面需开门时就显出其不足;
而用十六褶型材的柜体改变了九褶型材的缺陷, 使柜体的门可四面开启, 柜体的整体重量也有所下降, 其标准化程度有所高, 但是型材略显单薄, 当 拒体偏高时型材需单独加强, 因此, 需要改变机柜的主体骨架结构, 推出一 种合理的能适用于机柜骨架的型材。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于, 克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种十五褶型 材, 采用第十五褶处为三层折叠, 强度大, 而且重量轻, 即能保证柜体的标 准化程度, 使拒体四面可以装可以开启的门, 又能保证柜体的强度和柜体的 防护等级, 适用于多种类型的机柜。
本发明解决其技术问题是釆取以下技术方案实现的:
依据本发明提供的一种十五褶型材, 包括骨架和骨架上开有的安装孔, 所述的骨架 (19)为一柱体, 柱体截面为十五褶开孔对称闭合图形, 骨架的两两 对称的四个侧面 ( 17)分别开有安装孔 ( 18); 柱体截面的十五褶对称闭合图形是 由始端 (0) 起向右下 45度延伸后, 向右 135度折第一褶 (1 ), 向下 90度折 第二褶 (2), 向左 90度折第三褶 (3) , 向上 90度折第四褶 (4) , 向左 90度
折第五褶 (5), 向上 90度折第六褶 (6) , 向左上 45度折第七褶 (7) , 向左 135度折第八褶 (8) , 向上 90度折第九褶 (9), 向左 90度折第十褶 (10) , 向 上 90度折第十一褶 (11 ) , 向右 90度折第十二褶 (12) , 向下 90度折第十三 褶 (13), 向右下 45度折第十四褶 (14) , 最后第十五褶 (15) 使型材封闭三 层板材合并, 结束于末端 (16) ; 其中第二褶 (2), 第三褶 (3), 第四褶 (4) , 第五褶 (5) , 第六褶(6),第七褶(7),分别与第十三褶(13),第十二褶(12) , 第十一褶 (11 ) , 第十褶 (10) , 第九褶 (9) , 第八褶 (8) 对称。

前述的安装孔为圆形孔和长方形孔相间, 并沿骨架纵向等距离均匀分布。 本发明与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果:
由于发明采用第十五折处为三层折叠, 比十六褶型材增加了强度, 用这种 型材组装成的机拒具有外观美、 重量轻、 强度好、 电气维护方便、 适用场合 宽的优点, 解决了几乎所有的纵向、 横向、 45度安装问题, 门可四面开启的 对称框架, 可前、 后、 左、 右、 45度任意组合。
本发明的具体实施方式由以下实施例及其附图详细给出。

具体实施方式 ' 以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式、 结构、 特征及其功效, 详细说明如后。
如图 1、 图 2所示的一种十五褶型材, 包括骨架和骨架上开有的安装孔, 所述的骨架 (19) 为一柱体, 柱体截面为十五褶开孔对称闭合图形, 骨架的 两两对称的四个侧面 (Π)分别开有安装孔 (18), 安装孔为圆形孔和长方形孔相 间, 并沿骨架纵向等距离均匀分布。 圆形孔或长方形孔之间的中心距离 L=25mm, 柱体截面的十五褶对称闭合图形是由始端 (0) 起向右下 45度延伸 后, 向右 135度折第一褶 (1 ) , 向下 90度折第二褶 (2), 向左 90度折第三褶 (3) , 向上 90度折第四褶 (4) , 向左 90度折第五褶 (5), 向上 )0度折第六
