Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus for regulating the temperatures of a gearbox and of a generator for a wind power installation, which converts wind energy to electrical energy wherein the apparatus comprises the gearbox and the generator, wherein the gearbox and the generator are firmly connected to one another, wherein the generator comprises at least one rotor (131), at least one stator (129), at least one conductor winding and/or a permanent magnet (135), which the stator (129) of the rotor (131) surrounds, and a generator housing (127) which surrounds the rotor (131) and the stator (129), and has a generator temperature, wherein the gearbox has at least one output drive stage, at least one input drive stage, wherein the rotation speed or the torque of the input drive stage is converted respectively to a rotation speed or torque of the output drive stage, and a gearbox housing (107) which surrounds the input drive stage and the output drive stage, and has a gearbox temperature, wherein the generator has means for cooling and a corresponding cooling circuit with a cooling medium, wherein the gearbox has a lubricant in particular for lubrication, and wherein the means for cooling are used to control the temperature of the gearbox.
