Description

Description
ADHESIVE TYPE ACCESSORY USING FIBER FABRIC HAVING CUBICS ADHERED THEREON
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an adhesive type accessory using fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon, and more particularly, to an adhesive type accessory, in which metallic powder is coated on the surface of the fiber fabric, cubics are adhered on the metallic powder layer to serve as an ornamental accessory and provide an aesthetic sense, and an adhesive layer is formed on the rear surface of the fiber fabric, thereby being detachably adhered on small-sized household appliances, such as cellular phones, and so on. Background Art
[2] Recently, since consumers rise in a sense of beauty and pursue their own unique tastes, they want to decorate or change various small-sized household appliances, such as cellular phones, digital cameras, and so on, according to their won tastes.
[3] In order to decorate or transform the small-sized household appliances according to a user's taste, the user frequently adheres stickers on the surface of each of the household appliances or change the color of the household appliance to express his or her unique individuality.
[4] In the meantime, glitter powder is coated on cloth to provide an aesthetic sense, and is mainly made of synthetic resin material. For an example, Korean Patent No. 10-0477051 discloses glitters and cloth to enhance the aesthetic sense and antibiosis.
[5] Furthermore, hot fix is frequently used as cubic. Hot fix is an ornament adhered on cloth of dresses in such a way that an adhesive layer formed on the hot fix through conductive heat using an iron. Particularly, Korean Patent Laid-open No. 2004-0107538 discloses an adhesive type accessory and the production method of the adhesive type accessory. In Korean Patent Laid-open No. 2004-0107538, glitter powder is coated on an adhesive sticker, cubic is adhered thereon, and then, the adhesive accessory is adhered on the surface of a user's skin.
[6] However, since the cloth on which cubic is adhered is made of the synthetic resin material, such an adhesive type accessory has a problem in that it is deteriorated in quality as an ornamental accessory since cubic is easily separated due to a repeated adhesion and separation on and from an object. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[7] Accordingly, the present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above- mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon, which is easily adhered and separated to and from an object and is not deteriorated in an adhesive force even though it is repeatedly adhered and separated, and in which cubics adhered on a background cloth are not separated from the background cloth.
[8] It is another object of the present invention to provide an adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon, which does not harm a human body, makes a user feel softness when it is in contact with the human body, and is effectively adhered on a curved object since it has the pliability of the fiber fabric. Technical Solution
[9] To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon, which is manufactured through the steps of treating a background cloth made of a fiber fabric with hot melts in order to firmly adhere cubics thereon, coating cloth adhesives on one side of the background cloth, and coating metallic powder on the adhesives at will.
[10] Urethane elastomer is coated on the metallic powder layer to prevent a separation of the metallic powder, and then, cubic is adhered on the urethane elastomer layer.
[11] Moreover, a double-sided adhesive tape, which is coated with acrylic adhesives, is adhered on the other side of the background cloth, and then, a release sheet is adhered on a non-adhered side of the double-sided adhesive tape, whereby an adhesive type accessory, which provides an aesthetic sense and includes firmly adhered cubic, can be provided.
Advantageous Effects
[12] In the adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon, the fiber fabric used as the background cloth has a textile fabric woven by vertically crossing warp and weft and having spaces between the warp and weft. The hot melts and the cubics are firmly adhered into the spaces of the fiber fabric to thereby prevent an easy separation of the cubics from the background cloth.
[13] Furthermore, since the cubics are fixed on the brass plate bored according to shapes of the cubics adhered on the background cloth and the brass plate is adhered on the background cloth to thereby set correct positions of the cubics, an error rate is reduced when the product is manufactured, and the cubics are firmly adhered on the background cloth.
[14] Moreover, the adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon does not harm a human body, makes a user feel softness, and is effectively adhered on a curved object since it has the pliability of the fiber fabric. [15] In addition, even though the adhesive type accessory is repeatedly adhered to and separated from the adherent, the cubics adhered on the background cloth are not easily separated from the background cloth since the background cloth has a little self- transformation, such as expansion or tear, due to its own pliability.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[30] To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon, comprising: a background cloth made of a fiber fabric material treated with hot melts; a cloth adhesive layer formed in such a way that a cloth adhesive is coated on one side of the background cloth; a metallic powder layer formed in such a way that metallic powder is coated on the cloth adhesive layer at will; an urethane elastomer layer formed in such a way that urethane elastomer is coated on the metallic powder layer to prevent a separation of the metallic powder; cubics adhered on the urethane elastomer layer; a double-sided adhesive tape coated with acrylic adhesives and adhered on the other side of the background cloth; and a release sheet adhered on a non-adhered side of the double-sided adhesive tape. Mode for the Invention
[32] Reference will be now made in detail to the preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the attached drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals designate components having the same functions.
[33] FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubic adhered thereon according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The adhesive type accessory using the fiber fabric having cubic adhered thereon is manufactured as follows. A background cloth made of a fiber fabric material is treated with hot melts, a cloth adhesive 20 is coated on one side of the background cloth 10, and then, a metallic powder 30 is coated on the cloth adhesive 20 at will.
[34] Particularly, the fiber fabric used as the background cloth 10 may be one selected from chemical fibers or synthetic fibers, such as acrylic fiber, nylon fiber, polypropylene fiber, acetate and so on, and natural fibers, such as cotton, hemp, silk, wool and so on, or may be mixture thereof.
[35] Furthermore, the background cloth 10 is treated with hot melts, which is a heat- melted type adhesive, and compressed to an adherent in a liquid state at high temperature and cooled and hardened within several seconds to show an adhesive force to thereby strengthen adhesive force between the background cloth 10 and cubics 50 adhered on the background cloth 10.
[36] In the meantime, the cloth adhesive 20 is coated on one side of the background cloth
10, and then, the metallic powder 30 is coated on the adhesive layer at will. The reason is to enhance the adhesive force of the background cloth 10 and the metallic powder 30.
[37] The metallic powder 30 is used for an ornament, and is generally produced and sold in a powder form, which is produced in such a way that a thin plate is split off into a great deal of fragments. In this instance, in consideration of a light-emitting effect, the metallic powder 30 of a proper size is used to promote a function as an ornament.
[38] Urethane elastomer 40 is coated on the metallic powder layer 30 to prevent a separation of the metallic powder, and then, the cubics 50 are adhered on the urethane elastomer layer 40.
[39] Moreover, a double-sided adhesive tape 60, which is coated with acrylic adhesives, is adhered on the other side of the background cloth 10, and then, a release sheet 70 is adhered on a non-adhered side of the double-sided adhesive tape 60.
[40] That is, the urethane elastomer 40, which provides the light-emitting effect, is transparently coated on the metallic powder layer to prevent the separation of the metallic powder 30.
[41] The cubics 50 are adhered on the urethane elastomer layer, and in this instance, each of the cubics 50 is made of a two-cut glass material and uses hot fix treated with cloth glue 83 on the bottom surface thereof.
[42] In addition, a process of melting the cubics 50 each having the bottom surface treated with glue 83 will be described. First, pressure and heat are applied to the cubics 50 coated with glue 83 using a high frequency press heat transfer machine to thereby fuse the bottom surfaces of the cubics on an upper portion of the urethane elastomer layer coated on the background cloth 10.
[43] The cubics 50 are not adhered on the background cloth 10 one by one. A brass plate
80, which has holes 88 of various sizes and shapes and a plurality of the cubics 50 seated on the holes, is put on the background cloth 10, and then, compressed and transfers heat by using the high frequency press heat transfer machine, whereby the cubics 50 are adhered on the background cloth 10.
[44] FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a state where cubics are seated on a bored brass plate, and FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the bored brass plate. The process of adhering the cubics 50 to the background cloth 10 will be described in more detail as follows.
[45] Referring to FIG. 2, the brass plate 80 having excellent heat conductivity is bored according to sizes or shapes of the cubics 50 in such a way that the cubics 50 are not easily separated from the brass plate 80. Upper faces of the cubics 50, whose bottom surfaces are coated with the glue 83, are seated in the holes 88 of the bored brass plate 80 in such a way that the shapes of the cubics 50 correspond to the shapes of the holes 88. In this instance, a transparent silicon tape 85, which does not generate transformation even though heat is applied thereto at 23O0C for 30 seconds, is disposed beneath the brass plate 80, so that the upper faces of the cubics can be adhered and fixed on the transparent silicon tape 85 even by a weak pressure.
[46] After the above process, the brass plate 80 having the cubics 50 and the transparent silicon tape 85 is turned upside down, and then, put on the background cloth 10. After that, pressure and heat are applied to the background cloth 10 through the high frequency press heat transfer machine to thereby compress the cubics onto the background cloth 10.
[47] FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the brass plate bored according to the various shapes of the cubics.
[48] When the cubics 50 are seated on the brass plate 80 bored according to the shapes of the cubics 50 and the brass plate 80 is turned upside down and put on the background cloth 10, correct positions of the cubics 50 can be set on the background cloth 10. When pressure and heat are applied to the background cloth 10 through the high frequency press heat transfer machine, the cubics 50 are fixed to the holes 88 of the brass plate 80 and the brass plate 80 can be adhered on a predetermined position of the background cloth 10. In this instance, the background cloth 10 and the cubics 50 can be firmly adhered with each other since heat is transferred to the background cloth 10 through the brass plate 80 of excellent heat conductivity.
[49] In the meantime, the double-sided adhesive tape 60, which is coated with acrylic adhesives, is adhered on the other side of the background cloth 10, and then, the release sheet 70 is adhered on a non-adhered side of the double-sided adhesive tape 60. The double-sided adhesive tape 60 is manufactured by coating acrylic adhesives on glassing paper, which is produced by laminating polyester on pulp.
[50] FIG. 4 is a sectional view of an adhesive type accessory using a fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 illustrates the adhesive type accessory, which has basically the same structure as the adhesive type accessory of the first preferred embodiment but is directly adhered on an adherent by applying heat without the process of adhering the double-sided adhesive tape and the release sheet on the background cloth 10.
[51] Referring to FIG. 4, the adhesive type accessory has basically the same form and process as the adhesive type accessory of the first preferred embodiment, but is manufactured without adhering the double-sided adhesive tape 60 and the release sheet 70 on the other side of the background cloth 10. When heat is applied to the adherent through the high frequency press heat transfer machine, the hot melts treated on the background cloth 10 of the adhesive type accessory is fused and coated on the adherent, so that the adhesive type accessory can be adhered on the adherent while the hot melts is cooled and hardened.
[52] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state where the adhesive type accessory using the fiber fabric having cubics is adhered on a cellular phone. When the adhesive type accessory 90 is adhered on a small-sized portable household appliance, it may cause an aesthetic sense and express a user's unique individuality and taste.
[53]
Industrial Applicability
[54] As described above, the adhesive type accessory using the fiber fabric having cubics adhered thereon according to the present invention prevents an easy separation of the cubics, does not harm a human body, makes a user feel softness, and is effectively adhered on a curved object since it has the pliability of the fiber fabric. Furthermore, the adhesive type accessory can be adhered on the surface of each of the small-sized household appliances emitting light, such as cellular phones, MP3s, PMPs, digital cameras, game machines, and so on, to thereby provide the aesthetic sense since the background cloth having elasticity has a little self-transformation, such as expansion or tear.
