本发明的目的在于提供一种融合网页浏览与即时通信的设备,旨在解决现 有技术无法在移动终端中浏览网页的同时进行即时通信的问题。

本发明的移动终端与网络服务器进行通信, 该移动终端包括信息收发单 元、 网页单元、 即时通信单元、 用户接口单元和公共调配单元。 该公共调配单 元用于对网页浏览和即时通信过程中的信息收发进行统筹管理:其在接收到网 页单元和 /或即时通信单元生成的用户请求后, 利用公共的队列存储与该用户 请求相关的档案信息 ,并根据档案信息利用信息收发单元将用户请求发送给网 络服务器; 在接收到网络服务器反馈的数据包后, 再根据档案信息将数据包分 发给对应的请求者, 即网页单元或即时通信单元。 该方式可使得在移动终端中 浏览网页的同时, 还可以进行即时通信, 两者同时进行且互不干扰。
图 1示出了本发明实施例中融合网页浏览与即时通信的系统结构, 该系统 包括网络服务器 100 , 以及与其进行通信的多个移动终端 (200、 300... ... N ) 。 应当说明的是,本发明所有图示中各设备之间的连接关系是为了清楚阐释其信 息交互及控制过程的需要, 因此应当视为逻辑上的连接关系, 而不应仅限于物 理连接。
网络服务器 100用于为各移动终端 (200、 300... ... N )提供网络服务。 其 典型的可为一个大型的网站网络服务器等,因此本发明的保护范围不应限定为 某种特定类型的网络 Λ良务器。
各移动终端(200、 300... ... N )可为各种能够登录互联网的移动终端设备, 且在本发明中能够基于该设备同时浏览网页和进行即时通信。典型的, 例如个 人计算机 ( Personal Computer, PC )、个人数字助理 ( Personal Digital Assistant, PDA )、 移动电话(Mobile Phone, MP )等, 因此本发明的保护范围不应限定 为某种特定类型的客户端。
图 2示出了本发明实施例中移动终端 200的结构, 包括信息收发单元 201、 网页单元 202、即时通信单元 203、用户接口单元 204和公共调配单元 205 ,其中: ( 1 )信息收发单元 201与公共调配单元 205进行通信, 并与网络服务器 100 之间进行信息交互, 包括: 将公共调配单元 205的请求发送队列中的用户请求 发送给网络服务器 100, 并接收网络服务器 100反馈的数据包。
( 2 ) 网页单元 202与用户接口单元 204、 公共调配单元 205分别进行通信, 其启动后通过用户接口单元 204显示到用户界面上,并用于生成一种用户请求, 即网页链接请求, 以及将该用户请求送入公共调配单元 205。 当接收到公共调 配单元 205所分发的网页数据包后, 则对该网页数据包进行处理。 网页单元 202 典型的是一个网页浏览器。
( 3 )即时通信单元 203与用户接口单元 204、公共调配单元 205分别进行通 信, 其启动后通过用户接口单元 204显示到用户界面上, 并用于生成一种用户 请求, 即聊天消息请求, 以及将该用户请求送入公共调配单元 205。 当接收到 公共调配单元 205所分发的聊天消息数据包后, 则对该聊天消息数据包进行处 理。 即时通信单元 203典型的是一个即时通信聊天工具。
( 4 )用户接口单元 204与网页单元 202、 即时通信单元 203分别进行通信, 其用于将网页单元 202、 即时通信单元 203启动后的视图显示到用户界面上,从 而供用户进行点击、 输入等操作, 其功能典型的可通过显示器、 键盘、 麦克风 等设备来实现。 在本发明中, 其还可用于在用户界面中对网页单元 202和即时 通信单元 203进行切换显示。 在一个实施例中, 移动终端 200是指手机, 网页单 元 202是指网页浏览器, 即时通信单元 203是指即时通信聊天工具, 用户接口单 元 204是显示器, 在用户界面上显示的网页浏览器中嵌入一个即时通信图标, 那么用户在使用网页浏览器上网的同时,即时通信聊天工具仍然在定时地从网 络服务器 100获取最新的聊天消息, 当有新消息到达时, 即时通信图标闪动, 按快捷键则可切换到消息查看的界面。 该快捷键可以是数字、 符号、 字母或其 任意组合, 在实际应用中, 数字为最简单的切换方式。
( 5 )公共调配单元 205与信息收发单元 201、 网页单元 202、 即时通信单元 203分别进行通信, 其用于对网页浏览和即时通信过程中的信息收发进行统筹 管理, 包括: (a )接收网页单元 202和 /或即时通信单元 203生成的用户请求, 记录该用户请求相关的档案信息,并根据档案信息将用户请求送入信息收发单 元 201 , 本发明所称的档案信息是指与用户请求相关的各种属性信息, 这些属 性信息对于数据的准确收发起着决定性作用, 至少包括: 该用户请求的内容, 例如请求网页数据或者请求聊天消息; 该用户请求将要发送到的目标网址; 该 用户请求的发起方, 也即请求者, 包括网页单元 202和即时通信单元 203; ( b ) 接收信息收发单元 201所发送的网络服务器 100反馈的数据包,并根据档案信息 将数据包分发给对应的请求者, 即网页单元 202或即时通信单元 203 , 包括将网 页数据包发送给网页单元 202 , 将聊天消息数据包发送给即时通信单元 203。
在一个实施例中, 如图 3所示, 图 2所示的公共调配单元 205进一步包括请 求处理模块 2051、地址存储模块 2052、监听模块 2053 ,其中:请求处理模块 2051 利用一个请求发送队列统一存放请求内容;地址存储模块 2052利用地址队列存 放每个用户请求对应的目标网址,从而当某个请求位于请求发送队列的最前端 时,从该地址队列中取出该请求的目标网址,进行针对性的发送;监听模块 2053 利用监听队列记录请求者, 即网页单元 202或即时通信单元 203 ,从而当收到网 络服务器 100反馈的数据包后, 可根据此前记录的请求者, 将数据包进行准确 地分发。
图 4示出了本发明实施例中融合网页浏览与即时通信的方法流程, 该方法 流程基于图 1所示的系统及图 2所示的移动终端, 具体过程如下:
在执行本发明的所有步骤之前, 在移动终端 200中启动本发明涉及到的应 用程序, 即网页单元 202和即时通信单元 203 , 并通过用户接口单元 204显示到 用户界面上。
在步骤 S401中, 公共调配单元 205接收应用程序 (网页单元 202和 /或即时 通信单元 203 )生成的用户请求, 并记录该用户请求相关的档案信息。 本发明 中, 网页单元 202生成的用户请求是网页链接请求, 即时通信单元 203生成的用 户请求是聊天消息请求。 这些用户请求的档案信息至少包括: 请求内容、 目标 网址、 请求者。 记录的过程包括: 利用一个请求发送队列统一存放请求内容; 利用一个地址队列存放每个用户请求对应的目标网址,从而当某个请求位于请 求发送队列的最前端时,从该地址队列中取出该请求的目标网址, 进行针对性 的发送; 利用一个监听队列记录请求者, 即网页单元 202或即时通信单元 203 , 从而当收到网络服务器 100反馈的数据包后, 可根据该监听队列中记录的请求 者, 将数据包进行准确地分发。
在步骤 S402中,公共调配单元 205根据档案信息通过信息收发单元 201将用 户请求发送至网络服务器 100, 并通过信息收发单元 201接收网络服务器 100反 馈的数据包。 发送的过程包括: 公共调配单元 205从请求发送队列中取出最前 端的请求内容, 并从地址队列中提取与该请求内容对应的目标网址; 将该请求 内容和其对应的目标网址压缩成数据包, 并由信息收发单元 201发送给网络服 务器 100。在本发明中,该请求发送队列可将网页单元 202生成的网页链接请求、 即时通信单元 203生成的聊天消息请求均存入其中, 并按照队列中的排列顺序 进行发送, 这就保证了两种不同网络服务的信号能够同时且独立地发送, 因此 是网页浏览与即时通信进行融合的集中体现。而地址队列则保证了每一个用户 请求都能针对性地发送到目的地。
在步骤 S403中,公共调配单元 205根据所述档案信息将网络服务器 100反馈 的数据包发送给相应的应用程序(网页单元 202或即时通信单元 203 )进行处理, 并显示到用户界面上。 网络服务器 100根据网页链接请求反馈的数据包是网页 数据包,根据聊天消息请求反馈的是聊天消息数据包。该步骤 S403中分发数据 包的具体过程包括: 公共调配单元 205从监听队列中搜索与数据包对应的请求 者, 即网页单元 202或即时通信单元 203 ; 将数据包发送给与其对应的请求者, 即, 将网页数据包发送给网页单元 202 , 将聊天消息数据包发送给即时通信单 元 203。在本发明中, 该监听队列保证了对网络服务器 100反馈的数据包进行准 确地分发, 从而可基于该分发进行后续的处理, 包括: 网页单元 202从网页数 据包中解析出网页数据, 并绘制出网页, 发送至用户接口单元 204显示到用户 界面上; 即时通信单元 203从聊天消息数据包中解析出聊天消息, 并发送至用 户接口单元 204通过即时通信界面显示给用户。
图 5示出了本发明实施例中融合网页浏览与即时通信的方法流程, 该方法 流程基于图 2所示的移动终端 200 , 该方法流程具体如下:
在执行本发明的所有步骤之前,在移动终端 200中启动网页单元 202和即时 通信单元 203 , 并通过用户接口单元 204显示到用户界面上。 在本实施例中, 移 动终端 200是手机, 其网页单元 202是网页浏览器, 即时通信单元 203是即时通 信聊天工具, 用户接口单元 204是显示器。
在步骤 S501中,根据用户在网页浏览器中对网络链接的点击,或者执行的 输入操作, 在网页浏览器中生成第一个用户请求, 即网页链接请求。
在步骤 S502中,根据用户在即时通信聊天工具中执行的信息输入、对信息 发送按钮的点击操作等, 在即时通信聊天工具中生成第二个用户请求, 即聊天 消息请求。应当说明的是, 步骤 S501和 S502没有确定的先后顺序, 两者可以同 时执行。
在步骤 S503中,将所有用户请求按时间顺序放入一个请求发送队列中,并 将各自的目标网址存入一个地址队列中,还将各用户请求对应的请求者记录在 一个监听队列中。
在步骤 S504中,将各用户请求按发送队列中的顺序发送给网络服务器 100。 每次当一个用户请求位于请求发送队列的最前端时, 则从中取出该请求内容, 并从地址队列中提取与该请求内容对应的目标网址,然后将该请求内容和其对 应的目标网址压缩成数据包, 并发送给网络服务器 100。
在步骤 S505中,接收到第一个反馈数据包,在本实施例中该第一个反馈数 据包是网页数据包,从监听队列中搜索到与网页数据包对应的请求者是网页浏 览器, 则将该网页数据包发送给网页浏览器。
在步骤 S506中, 网页浏览器从该网页数据包中解析出网页数据,并绘制出 网页, 显示到用户界面上。
在步骤 S507中,接收到第二个反馈数据包,在本实施例中该第二个反馈数 据包是聊天消息数据包,从监听队列中搜索到与该聊天消息数据包对应的请求 者是即时通信聊天工具, 则将该聊天消息数据包发送给即时通信聊天工具。
在步骤 S508中, 即时通信聊天工具从聊天消息数据包中解析出聊天消息, 并显示到用户界面上。
应当说明的是, 本实施例中, 步骤 S505、 S506与步骤 S507、 S508并没有 严格的先后顺序, 也可同时执行, 上述的流程只是一个典型示例, 并不用以限 定本发明的保护范围。
在具体实施中,可以釆用统一建模语言( UML, Unified Modeling Language ) 这种图标式软件设计语言来实现上述移动终端的功能, 类图是最常用的 UML 图, 显示出类、 接口以及它们之间的静态结构和关系, 用于描述系统的结构化 设计。 类图最基本的元素是类和接口。
参照图 6, 是本发明实施例中融合网页浏览和即时通信的类图, 对应图 2 所示的移动终端, 网页单元 202具体为 WebBrowing类 601 , 即时通信单元 203 具体为 IMTool类 602 ,公共调配单元 205和信息收发单元 201的功能由 HttpPoster 类 603和 HttpPosterListener接口 604共同实现, 所述 HttpPosterListener接口 604对 应于公共调配单元 205中的监听模块 2053 , 具体如下:
WebBrowing类 601与 IMTool类 602均继承 HttpPosterListener接口类 604 , 即 WebBrowing类 601与 IMTool类 602继承 HttpPosterListener接口类 604的同一功 能, 并可增加各自的新的功能。 其中, HttpPosterListeer接口类 604定义 receiveHttpResponse接口: 用于接收网络服务器反馈的数据包; 还可定义 handleHttpError接口: 用于处理错误信息。
WebBrowing类 601在函数 URIRequest中 , IMTool类 602在函数 GetNewMessage中, 调用 HttpPoster类 603的 sendRequest接口; 将需要发送的发 送请求包传递给 HttpPoster类 603。
HttpPoster类 603将发送请求包放入发送队列 requestQueue中, 并将调用者 实例放入监听者队列 listenerQueue中, 将目标网址放入目标网址队列 urlQueue 中。
当网络包处于队列最前端时, 发送网络包, 并接收服务器响应。
通过调用 者 实例 队列 listenerQueue中对应 的调用 者 实例 的 receiveHttpResponse函数, 将服务器响应包传递给调用者。
由于受限于部分手机只允许单一线程访问网络, 为了保证 IMTool类 602与 WebBrowing类 601的独立性, 在网络层引入了 "发送请求包 /调用者实例 /目标 网址" 对应结构。
每一个新的网络请求, 它的发送请求包都将被放入发送队列 requestQueue 中, 并将调用者实例放入调用者实例队列 listenerQueue中, 将目标网址址放入 目标网址队列 urlQueue中。只有当该请求处于队列的最前方时,才能从 urlQueue 中取出目标网址, 从 requestQueue中取出发送请求包, 将发送请求包发送到目 标网址。
接收目标网址的服务器响应包, 从 listenerQueue中取出调用者实例, 调用 调用者实例的 receiveHttpResponse函数, 将服务器响应包返回给调用者, 即 WebBrowing类 601或 IMTool类 602。 如果访问过程存在异常, 调用调用者实例 的 handleHttpError函数, 则将错误信息返回给调用者, 即 WebBrowing类 601或 IMTool类 602。
以下通过具体实施例描述用户接口单元与网元单元和 IM单元的交互过 程, 参照图 7和图 8, 为本发明实施例中的用户接口示意图, 图 7显示, 用户使 用网页浏览器上网, 但同时 IM单元仍然在定时的向服务器获取最新的消息。 当有新消息到达时, IM图标闪动, 如图 7任务栏中间所示, 这时, 按数字快捷 键 5可以切换到消息查看的界面, 如图 8任务栏中间所给提示。具体快捷键用户 可以根据自己的使用习惯设置。
本发明通过合理运用计算机技术和移动通信技术,将移动通信设备的浏览 器与即时通信工具进行逻辑结合,为用户在移动通信设备上提供了边浏览网页 边聊天的网络即时通信环境。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、一种融合网页浏览与即时通信的移动终端,其与网络服务器进行通信, 包括信息收发单元、 网页单元、 即时通信单元、 用户接口单元, 所述网页单元 和即时通信单元通过用户接口单元显示到用户界面上, 其特征在于, 所述移动 终端还包括:
公共调配单元, 用于接收网页单元或 /和即时通信单元发送的用户请求, 记录用户请求相关的档案信息,并根据所述档案信息通过信息收发单元将所述 用户请求发送给网络服务器,以及根据所述档案信息将网络服务器反馈的数据 包分发给对应的请求者, 即网页单元或即时通信单元。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的融合网页浏览与即时通信的移动终端, 其特征在 于, 所述公共调配单元包括: 请求处理模块、 地址存储模块、 监听模块, 分别 用于存储档案信息, 所述档案信息至少包括请求内容、 目标网址、 请求者; 所述请求处理模块利用请求发送队列统一存放所述用户请求的请求内容; 所述地址存储模块利用地址队列存放每个用户请求对应的目标网址; 所述监听模块利用监听队列记录每个用户请求对应的请求者,即网页单元 或即时通信单元。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的融合网页浏览与即时通信的移动终端, 其特征在 于,所述用户接口单元进一步用于在用户界面中对网页单元和即时通信单元进 行切换显示。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一权利要求所述的融合网页浏览与即时通信的 移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端是指手机, 网页单元是指网页浏览器, 即时通信单元是指即时通信聊天工具, 用户接口单元是指显示器。
5、 一种融合网页浏览与即时通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括以 下步骤:
接收用户请求并记录与其相关的档案信息,所述用户请求包括网页链接请 求和聊天消息请求;
根据所述档案信息将用户请求发送至网络服务器,并接收网络服务器反馈 的数据包;
根据所述档案信息将网络服务器反馈的数据包分发至对应的请求者,从而 基于分发的数据包进行处理并显示到用户界面上。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的融合网页浏览与即时通信的方法, 其特征在于, 用户请求相关的档案信息至少包括: 请求内容、 目标网址、 请求者。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的融合网页浏览与即时通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述记录与用户请求相关的档案信息的步骤包括:
将所述用户请求的请求内容按顺序存入一个请求发送队列;
将所述用户请求对应的目标网址存入一个地址队列;
将所述用户请求对应的请求者记录在一个监听队列中。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的融合网页浏览与即时通信的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将用户请求发送至网络服务器的步骤包括:
从请求发送队列中取出最前端的请求内容,并从地址队列中提取与该请求 内容对应的目标网址;
将该请求内容和其对应的目标网址以数据包的形式发送给网络服务器。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的融合网页浏览与即时通信的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述对网络服务器反馈的数据包进行分发的步骤包括:
从监听队列中搜索与数据包对应的请求者;
将数据包发送给与其对应的请求者。
