Description

Description
ELASTIC POLLEN
Technical Field
[I] The present invention refers to pollen, specifically to pollen designed to harmonize with plants where numerous elastic parts are formed around the circumference of the pollen to hold plants of various sizes inside by elastic parts elastically widening outwards.
[2]
Background Art [3] In general, pollens are devices formed of upper opening and drain hole on the base containing soil and plants to be used for growing plants. [4] Especially, pollens allow growing plants indoor despite of weather conditions, and by this a sense of stability is achieved. [5] The above effects are achieved mainly by the plants, but designs of pollens also contribute greatly towards achieving such effects. Therefore designs of pollens can upgrade the value of the plant. [6] At the change of season from cold winter to spring, people visit florists to feel spring earlier, and purchases a plant planted in pollen. [7] But, as pollens of plants purchased in florists are plastic pollens which lank in design, therefore people often separately purchase designed pollens to transplant the plants. [8] But, when plant is transplanted to new pollen, the plant has to adapt to a new environment after leaving the previous pollen, and during this procedure plants often suffer illness, or in severe cases die. [9]
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem [10] It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above problems and to provide pollen capable of growing plants safely without transplantation of plants when the user does not like the design of previous pollen or when the previous pollen does not suit the interior design
[I I] Another object of the present invention is to provide elastic pollen capable of containing various sizes of pollens.
[12] Another object of the present invention is to provide pollen of elegant design to harmonize with the surrounding environment. [13]
Technical Solution [14] The elastic pollen to overcome the above problems are formed of cylindrical body
(11) and surrounding elastic parts (12), where the above cylindrical body (11) is formed of bamboo, and the above elastic parts (12) comprise of numerous elastic grooves (19) with the bamboo joint (9) as a boundary.
[15] Also, the above elastic pollens (10) of various sizes are joined together to form one pollen.
[16] Also the length of elastic parts (12) of the above pollen lengthens as it protrudes from the body.
[17]
Advantageous Effects
[18] The present invention is capable of containing pollens of various sizes as the elastic parts widen to fit the size of the inserted pollen. [19] Also, when pollen with plant or soil is inserted into the elastic pollen, the elastic parts widen to present a unique and elegant design.
[20] Also, when many elastic pollens containing pollens of various sizes are joined consecutively, the many plants harmonize together to present a unique design, and different kinds of plants together also present a unique design. [21] It becomes more harmonious with the plants when the present invention is formed of bamboo. [22]

[31]
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [32] Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating the formation of the elastic pollen. Figure 2 is a side view illustrating the elastic pollen of present invention. Figure 3 is a perspective view illustrating the state of pollen with planted plant inserted into the elastic pollen. Figure 4 is a cross sectional view illustrating the state where pollen with planted plant inserted into the elastic pollen. Figure 5 is a cross sectional view illustrating the state where plant directly planted into the elastic pollen using netting. Figure 6 is a view illustrating the state where the elastic coil is winded around the elastic pollen. Figure 7 is a perspective view illustrating numerous elastic pollens joined together to form one body.
[33] As illustrated in the above figures, the elastic pollen (10) of the present invention is formed of a cylindrical body (11) with numerous elastic parts (12) on the upper part. Elastic grooves (14) are formed in between the elastic parts (12).
[34] As shown in figures 3 and 4, the elastic parts (12) form an interior space to contain other pollens (P) with planted plants or to contain soil for directly planting plants.
[35] The elastic parts (12) elastically widen as shown in figure 4 when a large pollen (P) is inserted, which allows containing pollens (P) of various sizes and presents a unique design.
[36] When forming the elastic pollen (10) with wooden materials, it is to form with bamboo, and with the bamboo joints as the center, the lower section works as the body (11) and the upper part works as elastic parts (12). That is, forming numerous vertical elastic grooves (14) on the upper part to form the elastic parts (12). It is recommended to dry the bamboo with heat to increase the elasticity of the elastic parts (12), and the surface can be of natural bamboo color and patterns, or it can be partially burnt and polished to form wanted design.
[37] The length of elastic parts (12) of the elastic pollen (10) is shorter in the front and longer at the back. This is to prevent the elastic parts (12) covering the plant.
[38] The above elastic pollen (10) of the present invention can be used alone, or it can be joined with other elastic pollens (10) containing of pollens (P) of different sizes, so that different kinds of plants harmonize together to present a unique design.
[39] Bamboo in general easily splits along the length of the stem, but as the body (11) and the elastic parts (12) of the present invention is formed with the bamboo joint as the boundary, the elastic parts (12) does not split along the length even when the elastic parts (12) are widened to insert a large pollen (P).
[40] And as illustrated in figures 2 and 4, the present invention comprises of a blocking film (16) inside the elastic pollen (10) on the boundary between the elastic parts (12) and the body (11), and the above blocking film includes a draining hole (18).
[41] The above blocking film (16) with a draining hole (18) allows plant to be directly planted in the elastic pollen (10), extending the use of the elastic pollen (10) from working as an exterior case of another pollen (P). [42] To plant directly in the elastic pollen (10), the interior space of the elastic parts (12) is covered with netting (M) (a general term for materials including felt or cotton) and is filled with soil.
[43] If the planted plant is orchid, the above interior space is filled with small pebbles to plant the orchid. In this case, the size of the elastic grooves (14) is formed smaller than the pebbles to prevent pebbles falling out.
[44] Also, elastic coil (T) is winded around the elastic parts (12) as illustrated in figure 6 to support the elasticity of the elastic parts (12). Aesthetically, the coil (T) can be presented as a vine, and the coil (T) can be given color or added artificial leaves to upgrade the effect.
[45] Figure 8, 9 are structural views illustrating different use state of elastic pollen.
[46] As illustrated, the formation of the elastic pollen is differed by preparing numerous elastic parts (32), where the elastic parts (32) are joined to connecting supporter (34), and elastic coil (T) is winded around the exterior. That is, even the elastic parts (32) itself does not have elasticity, the elastic coil (T) applies elasticity to the elastic parts (32).
[47] As stated above, the above elastic coil (T) is best when formed into vine around the pollen, and the coil (T) can be given color or added artificial leaves to allow a more natural mood.
[48] Also, as illustrated in figure 8, the above connecting supporter (34) is formed simply of an elastic ring (35) connected to holes (33) under the elastic parts (32), or as illustrated in figure 9,a body (11 ) comprising grooves (42) capable of inserting the lower part of elastic parts (32) is prepared, and an elastic ring (35) is installed in the grooves (42) so that the elastic parts (32) are inserted between the elastic ring (35) and the grooves (42) of the body (11)
