Abstract

 固定ヨーク(10)の対向部を構成する部分に可動子(20)の外径より大きい内径を有する上側凹部(15)を形成し、可動子(20)が移動開始位置となる第1の位置にあるとき可動子上端(21)が上側凹部(15)内に位置するようにすることで、可動子(20)が移動開始位置となる第1の位置にあるとき、対向部が磁気ギャップで形成され、軸方向と直角の方向における可動子(20)と固定ヨーク(10)との間の磁気ギャップG2の長さが軸方向における可動子(20)と固定ヨーク(10)との間の磁気ギャップG1の長さより小さくなるようにしたので、可動子(20)の始点側の磁気ギャップにおける磁束の軸方向成分を可動子(20)の終点側の磁気ギャップにおける磁束の軸方向成分より小さくすることが可能となり、特に大きな操作エネルギーを要することなく可動子を移動開始位置から移動終了位置へ動かすことができる。
