Abstract

The invention relates to a method for continuous processing of solid organic products in a hydrolysis reactor (10). Said method provides for a modification of the residence time (TSL) for liquids in the hydrolysis reactor, independently of the residence time for the solid organic products(TSS) which itself can be modified such as to optimise the process as a function of a desired degradation degree for the solid organic products (ρ). The invention also relates to an installation for the continuous processing of solid organic products.
