Abstract

ABREGE The invention relates to a device installed in a bore (2) formed in the wall structure (3). An electric extractor (27) sucks the air that has flowed along the walls of the cavity (2) and discharges the humidity- or radon-containing air through a forward central nozzle (29). The extractor (27) is powered when the electric energy available from a photovoltaic generator (12) is sufficient to ensure an efficient operation. When the extractor is in standby, a circulation is established by convection about the housing (1) between an upper venting louver (24) and a lower venting louver (26). Wires (43) are provided as a backup in a housing (44) should the connection to an electric network be desired. The invention can be used for optimising sanitation based on the available or practical energy sources.
