Description

Description RECEIVING STRUCTURE AND SUPPORT
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a receiving structure and support, and more particularly to a receiving structure and support capable of being inserted into an inner space of desk products of erectile use on a table svch as albums, post cards, photos and memo pads, and capable of being inserted into an inner space of desk products fundamentally for use in a supine posture on a table such as desk calendars and diaries, svch that the inner spaces of desk products of erectile use and of desk products fundamentally for use in a supine posture, can be utilized as a receiving space.
[2]
Background Art
[3] Typically, a stationery or an office supply svch as a scheduler, a desk calendar, a memo pad, a notebook, a name card book and an address book for use on a desk is provided with a front cover and a rear cover that wrap and protect the contents of the products, but cannot provide a function as a pad or a support capable of erecting the products on a desk or furnishing the products on the desk at all times. As a result, a user has no choice but to use the products by flatly unfolding the products on the desk, and to leave the products unfolded on the desk at all times. When the user finishes using the products, the covers are folded back and left in bookshelves or the like for later use. As oxasion demands, the user sometimes suffers from discomforts of having to prop the products with his or her hands in person in order to check the contents recorded in a contents section of the products.
[4]
[5] Meanwhile, loose-leaf calendar sheets of a desk calendar or a diary written with dates and months are coupled by a spring, and a triangular support supporting the loose-leaf calendar sheets is selectively provided with the desk calendar or the diary. The desk calendars are manufactured by binding sheets or pages showing months or weeks with two thick boards serving as a front cover and a rear cover for the triangular support. When the front and rear cover are stretched out, the calendar turns into a triangular support and is in turn used standing on a table. However, an inner space formed by the loose-leaf pages or the triangular support is left unused in most cases, rendering a table or a desk ineffective in terms of desirable use for limited size of the table or the desk. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[46] A detailed description of one or more implementations of the present invention is provided below along with accompanying figures that illustrate the principles of the invention. Specific structural and functional details disclosed herein are merely representative for purposes of describing exemplary implementations of the present invention. The invention is not limited to any implementation. The scope of the disclo sure is limited only by the claims.
[47] FIG.1 is a schematic view of use state illustrating a first implementation of the present invention.
[48] Referring to FIG.l, a receiving stricture and support (1) may include a floor portion
(10), a lateral surface portion (20) and a receiving portion (30). The receiving stricture and support (1) may be inserted into an inner space (130) formed by a desk calendar (100. hereinafter referred to as calendar and referred to any or similar product that may be stood on a desk that includes a typical desk calendar, an album, a photo or a memo pad), and may also serve as a support for supporting the calendar (100).
[49]
[50] To be more specific, the floor portion (10) is a lower surface to be placed on a desk or a table and is foremd at one side thereof with a lateral surface portion (20). The lateral surface portion (20) is connected to one end of the floor portion (10) and inclined toward an inner side of the floor portion (10). The inner side of the floor portion (10) defines a direction facing a center portion existing at an upper surface of the floor portion (10). By allowing the lateral surface portion (20) to be formed on the floor portion (10) in an inclination style, the calendar (100) can lean on the lateral surface portion (20). The entire portion of the calendar (100) may be laid to lean on an exteral lateral surface of the lateral surface portion (20). The loose-leaf calendar sheets of the calendar (100) may be divided into two sections which are in turn opened into an exteral lateral surface and an opposite surface of the lateral surface portion (20), and supported by the receiving stricture and support according to the present invention.
[51]
[52] The lateral surface portion (20) is preferably inclined at an internal angle formed by the floor portion (10) in the range of over 30 degrees to less than 90 degrees. If the angle is narrower than the given dimensions, a space taken by the calendar (100) on the table increases to make it difficult for a user to read information on the calendar (100). If the angle is wider than the given dimensions, the calendar (100) may lose balance and easily collapse.
[53]
[54] The receiving portion (30) is formed at an inner surface of the lateral surface portion
(20) by which the present invention can provide separate receiving spaces to the inner space (130) formed by the calendar (100). The triangular conventional inner space (130) formed by the calendar (100) has served no purpose at all and only remained as a void space, making the the table and desk of limited size ineffective in terms of effective use of the same. Conversely, the present invention enables the calendar (100) to be equipped with an otherwise void receving space by dividing the inner space (130) into predetermined partitions by the receiving portion (30). To this end, the receving portion (30) is preferably formed in parallel with or side by side with the floor portion (10), and is more preferably formed with a shorter length cross-wise than the length of the floor portion (10).
[55]
[56] The receiving stricture and support (1) enables the typical desk calendar (100) to be equipped with a receiving space at an inner space thereof and various stationery laid on the desk in supine posture to stand on the desk, thereby providing convenience to a user. Furthermore, if the calendar (100) is lifted up to fling open, the receiving structure and support (1) according to the present invention is readily exposed to allow a user to conveniently grab and use things thereinside.
[57]
[58] In order to make the most of the features of the present invention, the receiving structure and support (1) is preferred to be of a size similar to that of the typical desk calendar (100), sich that the receiving structure and support (1) comprising the floor portion (10), the lateral surface portion (20) and the receiving portion (30) is preferred to be made of plastic material or steel stricture to give an added sturdiness.
[59]
Mode for the Invention
[60] Meanwhile, FIGS. 2 and 3 are perspective views illustrating an exemplary implementation of a receiving structure and support (1) used for a desk calendar (100) according to the present invention, where the calendar (100) includes loose-leaf calendar sheets (110) coupled by a spring (120) and a triangular support (140) for supporting the loose-leaf calendar sheets.
[61]
[62] As illustrated above, it should be noted that although the typical desk calendar (100) has been exemplified in the present disclosure, the present invention may include products sich as typical desk calendar, an album, a photo or a memo pad, as well as any or similar products that may be stood on a desk. The calendar (100) may also include the one that has a triangular support (140) as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3.
[63]
[64] The triangular support (140) shown in FIG.2 is comprised of a front support and a rear support, while the triangular support shown in FIG.3 is composed of a floor support (141) in addition to the front support and the rear support. Therefore, the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the present invention has advantages of being inserted into an inner space (130) formed by the triangular support (140), and if the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the present invention uses the calendar (100) mounted with the triangular support (140), the receiving structure and support (1) according to the present invention may be more easily inserted into the inner space (130) formed by the triangular support (140), or may be moved in and out of the inner space (130) more easily.
[65] FIG.4 is a perspective view of a second exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where, the receiving portion (30) in the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the first exemplary implementation present invention may include a first receiving portion (31) and a second receiving portion (32), where the second receiving portion (32) is more lengthily formed than the first receiving portion (31) from the lower end of the first receiving portion (31).
[66]
[67] That is, the second exemplary implementation includes a multi-staired receiving portion (30) including the first receiving portion (31) and the second receiving portion (32), but the second receiving portion (32) is more extensively formed to the outside than the first receiving portion (31). If the multi-staired receiving portion (30) having more than two or more stairs each having a different length is configured, the inner space (130) of the calendar (100) may have a more effective use of the receiving space, and particularly, the calendar (100) supported by the receiving structure and support (1) of the present invention is not protruded outside to accomplish an effect of providing an optimum receiving space thereinside.
[68]
[69] FIG.5 is a perspective view of a third exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where the present implementation has one or more patitioning portion (40) formed at an inner surface of the floor portion (10) in addition to the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the first or second exemplary implementation.
[70]
[71] The partitioning portion (40) may be connected from an inner surface of the floor surface (10) to form an inclined shape at a predetermined angle, by which a lower portion of the inner space (130) in the calendar (100) can be more effectively used as a receiving space. The receiving space newly formed by the partioning portion (40) may be a space adequate for storing long and thin writing materials sich as pencils and ball-point pens. Furthermore, the receiving space formed by the partioning portion (40) may prevent the materials stored therein from being rolled out, even if a front surface of the receving stricture and support (1) according to the present invention is opened by flinging open the the calendar.
[72]
[73] FIG.6 is a schematic view of use state illustrating a fourth implementation of the present invention, where the receiving stricture and support (1) according to any one of the first to third exemplary implementations may further include a support (50) formed at an external lower surface of the lateral surface portion (20).
[74]
[75] The external surface of the lateral surface portion (20) defines a side opposite to the center portion of the floor portion (10) out of two sides of the lateral surface portion (20). Referring to FIG.6, the support (50) allows the calendar (100) to be stood thereon in an erectile style, and in this case, the calendar (100) may be a memo pad which is smaller than the typical desk calendar for more effective use of the support (50). For example, the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the fourth exemplary implementation is reversely arranged to allow a front surface of the lateral surface portion (20) on which the support (50) is formed, the memo pad may be erectibly used even if the memo pad is composed of loose-leafed memo sheets , and a receiving space may be maintained at a rear side of the memo pad at the same time.
[76]
[77] FIG.7 is a schematic view of use state illustrating a fifth implementation of the present invention, where the receiving stricture and support (1) according to any one of the first to fourth exemplary implementations may further include an indication portion (60) connected from the other end facing one end of the floor portion (10) to incline toward an inner side of the floor portion (10), and formed at a height lower than that of the lateral surface portion (20).
[78] The floor portion (10) is formed at one end thereof in the first to fourth exemplary implementations with the lateral surface portion (20), while the indication portion (60) in the fifth exemplary implementation is formed at the other opposite end facing a side formed with the lateral surface portion (20). Particularly, the indication portion (60) is inclined to an inner side of the floor portion (10) and has a height lower than that of the lateral surface portion (20), whereby the indication portion (60) serves as a support for preventing materials stored in the floor portion (10) from being rolled out and functions as a drag for preventing loose-leafed calendar sheets coupled to the calendar (100) from fluttering to the outside. Furthermore, the indication portion (60) may be described at an external surface thereof with various information including company names and brand names of products. In this case, the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the present invention may serve as an advertising publicity material for providing various information.
[79]
[80] FIG.8 is a schematic view of use state illustrating a sixth implementation of the present invention, where the receiving stricture and support (1) according to any one of the first to fifth exemplary implementations may further include a support stricture (70) mountable at an external surface of the lateral surface portion (20).
[81]
[82] Particularly, the support stricture (70) includes a support plate (71) and a support berth (72), where the support plate (71) may lean on an external surface of the lateral surface portion (20) or may be coupled to the external surface by a predetermined coupling means. The support berth (72) has a feature of being protruded toward an external side of the support plate (71) at a lower end of the support plate (71). The support berth (72) serves to support and prop the calendar (100), by which the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the sixth exemplary implementation allows products to be inserted into the inner space (130) of the calendar (100) and supports the calendar (100) itself according to size and length of the calendar (100). That is, the present invention can support the loose-leafed calendar sheets (110) coupled to the calendar (100) by halving the sheets (110) and support the one-time folded calendar (100) as well.
[83]
[84] FIG.9 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a seventh exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where the receiving structure and support (1) according to the sixth exemplary implementations of the present invention may include a plurality of bosses or grooves (23) formed at the lateral surface portion (20), and other plurality of bosses or grooves (73) formed at the support plate (71) so as to be insertedly coupled to the bosses or the grooves (23).
[85] The plurality of bosses or grooves (23) formed at the lateral surface portion (20), and other plurality of bosses or grooves (73) formed at the support plate (71) form one of the coupling means for coupling the lateral surface portion (20) with the support plate (71), and the coupling means sirh as the bosses and grooves thus described are not particularly limited in use, but may be any coupling means known in the technical field without any particular restriction thereto. Therefore, the coupling means may be two bosses combined together. In the present exemplary implementation, the support structure (70) including the support plate (71) can easily be joined to or detached from the lateral surface portion (20) by the coupling means such as the bosses or grooves, sirh that the support structure (70) to the lateral surface portion, once joined, stays strongly attached to each other without being swayed or moved.
[86]
[87] FIG.10 is a perspective view illustrating an eighth exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where the plurality of bosses or grooves and the other plurality of bosses or grooves in the receiving structure and support (1) according to the seventh exemplary implementations of the present invention may be preferably arranged in a plurality of rows where each row comprises multiple bosses or grooves, sirh as rows of two or more bosses or grooves.
[88]
[89] The one row defines an imaginery line parallel with the floor portion (10) or the support plate (72). The eighth exemplary implementation, as illustrated in FIG.10, shows that a plurality of bosses or grooves are arranged in parallel with the floor portion (10) or the support plate (72). The plurality of bosses or grooves may be vertically arranged in rows, whereby the support stricture (70) comprising the support plate (71) and the support berth (72) may be arranged in vertically varied positions of the lateral surface portion (20).
[90]
[91] That is, as depicted in FIG.11, the eighth exemplary implementation is sich that the calendar (100) is lifted high toward the support berth (72) in order to open outside a receiving space formed by the receiving structure and support (1) according to the present invention, whereby even voluminous products unable to be stored in the receiving space formed by inserting the receiving stricture and support (1) into the inner space (130) of the calendar (100) can be easily stored. Furthermore, as shown in FIG.12, the support stricture (70) may be coupled in vertically varied positions of the lateral surface portion (20), whereby even the calendars (100), each of different size, may be effectively placed thereon.
[92]
[93] FIG.13 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a ninth exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where the receiving stricture and support (1) according to any one of the first to fifth exemplary implementations may further include a support stricture (70) mountable at an opposite side of the lateral surface portion (20). That is, the ninth exemplary implementation according to the present invention is installed with the support stricture (70) at an opposite side of the lateral surface portion (20), as compared with the sixth exemplary implementation.
[94]
[95] To be more specific, the support stricture (70) may include a support plate (71) and a support berth (72), where the support plate (71) may be placed leaning on an opposite side of the lateral surface portion (20), or may be coupled at an opposite side of the lateral surface portion (20) by a predetermined coupling means (80. i.e., a grooved coupler). The support berth (72) may protrude from a lower end of the support plate (71) to the outside. For example, as illustrated in FIG.13, one end of the support plate (71) may be coupled with an upper end of the lateral surface portion (20), while the other end of the support plate (71) may be formed with the support berth (72).
[96] The receiving stricture and support (1) according to the ninth exemplary implementation of the present invention, as in the sixth exemplary implementation, may support not only the calendar (100) by halving the loose-leafed calendar sheets coupled to the calendar (100), but also the calendar (100) that is folded one time.
[97]
[98] Furthermore, the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the ninth exemplary implementation of the present invention is featured by the support stricture (70) disposed at an opposite side of the lateral surface portion (20), and even if there is no calendar (100), the support stricture (70) is made to conceal the inner receiving space of the receiving stricture and support (1) thereby preventing the receiving space from being exposed to the outside.
[99]
[100] FIG.14 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a tenth exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where the receiving stricture and support (1) according to any one of the first to fifth exemplary implementations may include a support stricture (70) capable of being mounted at an external surface of the floor portion (10). That is, the receiving stricture and support (1) according to the tenth exemplary implementation of the present invention is featured by the support stricture (70) being mounted at a bottom side of the floor portion (10), as compared with the sixth and ninth exemplary implementations of the present invention.
[101]
[102] To be more specific, the support stricture (70) may include a support plate (71) and a support berth (72), where the support plate (71) may be placed underneath the floor portion (10) or coupled by a predetermined means, while the support berth (72) may protrude inward of the support plate (71) from an end positioned at an opposite side of the lateral surface portion (20). According to the present invention, the support berth (72) may support the calendar (100) by preventing the calendar (100) from slipping to collapse or from fluttering to the outside.
[103]
[104] Furthermore, the size of the inner space formed thereinside may be enlarged by horizontally moving the support plate (71) underneath the floor portion (10), whereby voluminous products may be encased inside the receiving stricture and support (1) of the present invention. In order to highlight the features of the present invention, a portion joining the support plate (71) and the floor portion (10) is preferably formed with prominences and depressions for an increased friction.
[105]
[106] FIG.15 is a cross-sectional view illustrating an eleventh exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where the receiving structure and support (1) according to any one of the first to tenth exemplary implementations of the present invention may include a lower receiving portion (35) located beneath the floor portion (10), and a middle portion (36) connecting ends located at an opposite side of the lateral surface portion (20) out of ends of the floor portion (10) and the lower receiving portion (35).
[107]
[108] In other words, the eleventh exemplary implementation according to the present invention may further include a separate receiving space underneath the floor portion (10), as compared with other erstwhile exemplary implementations. The separate receiving space may easily accommodate or allow taking out a relatively larger and wider product (G, i.e., a red inkpad including a seal, wider post4t, a clip or a thumb tack) by concealing or less revealing the calendar (100), even if the calendar (100) supported by the receiving stricture and support (1) of the present invention is long.
[109]
[110] FIG.16 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a twelfth exemplary implementation according to the present invention, where the receiving structure and support (1) according to any one of the first to eleventh exemplary implementations of the present invention may include a sliding portion (90) formed at an upper end of the lateral surface portion (20), and formed in a concave groove style so that a board plate (P) can slidably move from a lateral surface.
[I l l]
[112] The sliding portion (90) is opened to allow a central portion to communicate back and forth and is bent at a top to support an upper surface of the board plate (P) from a front, and the bent stricture of the sliding portion (90) has a '1^ ' shape when seen from a lateral surface. The present implementation may further include a separate stricture supporting a lower lateral surface of the board plate (P), where the size of the board plate (P) is not particularly limited, sich that the board plate (P) may be of any structure as long as the board plate reaches the floor portion (10).
[113]
[114] Therefore, as shown in FIG.16, in order to accommodate the flat board plate (P) sich as a loose-leafed calendar sheet, a post card, a memo pad or a photo into the sliding portion (90), the board plate (90) is inserted into a lateral surface of the sliding portion (90) to prevent the board plate from slipping away by allowing an upper end of the board plate (P) to be interferred by the bent portion of the upper portion at the sliding portion (90). The board plate (P) may be a memo pad or a printed material described with various advertising information, whereby the receiving structure and support (1) according to the present invention may possess a separate memo pad, and may function as an advertising material informing various information.
