Abstract

A user device in a mobile communication system includes: means for receiving a downstream control signal at an intermittent reception cycle; and means for transmitting an upstream control signal containing downstream link channel state information or a reference symbol by using a radio resource allocated fixedly by a base station device. A DRX parameter reported from a base station device contains at least an intermittent reception cycle and a release indicator. When the release indicator indicates a predetermined value, the upstream control signal is transmitted. When the release indicator indicates other predetermined value, the radio resource which has been fixedly allocated is released and no upstream control signal is transmitted.
