Abstract
Provided is an explosive power generating device capable of acquiring a high explosive power even with a small size and a light weight. The explosive power generating device (100) has an active constraining portion (3) acting to constrain at least one of six degrees of freedom for positions and attitudes to specify the relations between a deformed portion (1) and a supporting portion (2) and to apply a force or torque to at least one of the degrees of unconstraining freedom. A passive constraining portion (4) constrains at least one of the six degrees of freedom for the positions and attitudes to specify the relations between the deformed portion (1) and the supporting portion (2), and has anisotropic reaction characteristics in at least such one of the degrees of unconstraining freedoms on which the force or torque applied by the active constraining portion (3) acts through the deformed portion (1). A control portion (5) controls the action of the active constraining portion (3) to apply the force or torque to the deformed portion (1) thereby to cause a jump buckling.
