Abstract

 第2プレート2、第4プレート4に、黒色の印刷面202b、204bが形成されている。印刷面202bは、第3プレート3の貫通部71の径よりも小さな領域を除き、第2プレート2の表面をほぼ覆っている。この部分には所定量の試薬が塗布されている。第4プレート4も、第2プレート2と同様である。印刷面により計測時に、一番小さな径でカットした透過光で計測が可能となるので、位置ズレによる不正確な計測を防止できる。
