Abstract

The invention relates to the active elements of fiber-optic communications systems, integrated optics basic elements and to systems for information optical processing. The inventive integrated device makes it possible to switch light fluxes from 'm' input fiber-optic communications lines to 'm' output fiber-optic communications lines by means of a minimum number of active switches and with minimum losses.
