Abstract

[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The electromagnetic pump (100) has the following control modes for vibrationally driving a vibrator (140) by using electromagnets (120, 130): a stop control mode for stopping the drive when the amplitude of the vibrator (140) reaches a preset specific amplitude, a first drive control mode for controlling the drive so that the vibrator (140) vibrates at a first amplitude smaller than the specific amplitude, and a second drive control mode for controlling the drive so that the vibrator (140) vibrates at a second amplitude greater than the specific amplitude.
